私たちの部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。寝るのに静かです。場所はウェルズのウォーキングツアーに最適です-それは楽しいです。バーもとても良いです!お勧めします。近くのウェイトローズのリーズナブルな駐車場。

We were very pleased with our stay, staff very polite and helpful, menu selections for both breakfast and evening dinner were excellent, as were the quality/taste and serving for each. The only slightly disappointing factors were the net curtain/viol in our bedroom had large horizontal tares, and the carpet in the dining room had *****s of gaffa tape in the centre of each join. Both of these issues were disappointing for a 4star AA Hotel as first impressions are very important. Other than these issues it was a lovely stay and the food was great.

Fantastic location and we had room 38 which overlooked the hill and entrance to the caves. The room was clean and warm and staff were polite and helpful. Wells which is less than two miles away is a lovely city to explore, particularly around the cathedral. We had dinner at Fountain inn which was a lovely old pub with great food. The breakfast at Wookey hotel was below average quality but inexpensive. Overall a good stay in a great location.
