Room was clean, beds very comfortable, ice machine was nearby . i did find room could use updating in lighting ,and one bed very close to the wall ,was shared by two people,difficult to get out on that side.

Hidden pet fees of over $200 for 3 night stay charged at checkin even though full booking was paid through *******. Guaranteed and confirmed handicap room weeks in advance but none available at check in. Was told someone contacted us and we ok’ed moving to non handicap room. No offer to assist to move us to another room. No shower for entire stay since it wasn’t a handicapped accessible room. No apology, no offer to make it acceptable. Poor customer service.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We will not return. Arrived 1/2 hour before check in time and was told the rumors ready, but we were not able to check in as it is their policy to check in only at the given time. As to senior citizens who had just written four hours, we were tired and really were hoping to get into the room a little bit early. In saying, when the room is ready, they will not let you in the property itself is clean, outdoor area is kept very nicely. The room itself was very clean, but was a bit musty.

Rooms could be a little more updated, but over all a very good place to stay. Clean, neat, tidy, pool was warm, staff was friendly. Will stay there again next time I'm in Maine.

Cute little cabin but had a horrible smell. Bed was comfortable but the fridge didnt keep things cool. Little flying bugs throughout the cottage.

I was disappointed with the room we got. It was very small for a 2 bedroom and the bathroom was super tiny and not very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. For the cost of the room I feel it was very overpriced.

They take excellent care of the property. It's cleaner than many places I have stayed at. They're friendly and very customer service oriented! It's fairly quiet as it's off the main road even at street end of property.

After losing my mother my husband and I decided we needed a mini vacation. We found this absolutely sweet property and said let's go. To say I was so happy we did would be an understatement. They had no idea of our situation so we know the service was just great period. The staff are so friendly and always there if you need anything. Our room was perfect for our stay. We had a king room and it was spotless and welcoming. They also have cottages which are absolutely what we are doing next trip here! They are all amazing from the studio to the large cottages. You will not be disappointed staying here and we will recommend to everyine for sure!

The staff was very courteous. We asked for a room downstairs and it only took a couple of minutes to get it switched around. Very accommodating. Room was very clean and well stocked. Beds were kind of hard but overall we will definitely go back.
