Excellent sunny room, brand new and without odor, well furnish & comfortable. Great breakfast with many varieties, in an elegant dining room. Good location in a new complex, there is a shady residential neighborhood five minutes walk away with many local shops & eateries (across main street beside river).
But there are several problems. Staff are inattentive with unpleasant demeanor. A staff member came into my room without my consent, eventhough I had do-not-disturb light on, yet she used her room key to enter. Additional issues are, loud thumping music from outside 5 to 9 pm (street facing side rooms). Lack of window screen, a few insects were able to enter. No chain lock on door. One staff member that i do commend was a manager? who kindly and patiently helped me with laundry machine.
Physically the hotel is great, i would consider to be five star, but need better staff training
