Awesome service. Clean, quite, easy to get to hotel. Great verity of breakfast choices.

Everything was great except upon check in front door was locked and it was 10degrees out so running from door to door was freezing. I finally found a group standing in hall that let me in a side door. Check desk said they didn’t see me at front door. I think that’s a problem. Other than that everything was great

Our check in experience was awful. After being exhausted at the local hospital all day with a family emergency we checked in at midnight and didn’t get to our room until 1:30. First she rang up our incidentals charge as the room charge even though I questioned why I was inserting the card into the reader and it said $169 not $100 so they needed to credit and recharge. Then we got to our room and it had not been cleaned. After a half hour she said she didn’t have another room with 2 beds for 3 adults so she would give us 2 rooms same price. Eventually she said she couldn’t split the room so she eventually gave us a room with 1 bed and a couch. Not what we paid for or wanted and total time was 1.5 hours!

Went to see a friend for the night. Staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast was ok but still good.

check in was ridiculous. on line says check in at 3 . we get there and they say it is 4. there must have been 40 people waiting to check in . and they didnt seem to care . I was told hopefully at 4 we could get in our room but they couldnt guarantee it. I finally said I wasnt leaving desk until I could check in . around 4 receptionist finally went to find maid people upstirs and she came down and said there were some rooms ready. cleaning people hadnt put them as clean is system. Loved hotel but probly stay elsewhere next time.

Was in town for a pair of Brewer games. It was a great location near the ballpark, but on a quiet street a couple miles away. Large rooms, great breakfast, and nice indoor and outdoor spaces.

Everything about our stay from check-in, to the room, to breakfast was terrific. I realize that the hotel was barely a month old, but the staff was exceptionally attentive and professional. I worked in a 300-room hotel for 9 years and I know what to look for. Bravo!!!!!

Got upgraded to a beautiful king corner suite. The hotel just opened in July. Beautiful property and staff, especially Matt desk clerk

We were in town for the Wisconsin State Fair which was just one mile away so very walkable. Lots of highly reviewed dining options nearby. As far as the facility itself it must have been recently built looks to be brand new so very clean very modern. Located near Many shops and stores. They are pet friendly & we were traveling with our Rottweiler Yogi whom was more than welcomed when entering the lobby. Pool was nice. Nothing really bad to say about the property, but my only issue was the hot breakfast was not so good. But they did have options like fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, juice, milk and other beverages so it's all good. We would definitely stay here again.
