When we checked in the desk person was at lunch and we had to wait. Breakfast items were always needing refilled. Garbage was not emptied so we had to leave our garbage on the table. We had to go to the store to buy our own breakfast foods. We asked for additional towels sent to our room and they did not come. I had to go down and get them and the desk person was not doing anything. This was the worst Marriot property I have ever stayed at. Very disappointed.

The stay was very good. The only suggestion I have is that the tv which is large sits in front of the mirror....that renders that mirror usless.

I feel like an upgrade for the lamps in the rooms would be great. Ones with USB ports to plug devices into so they can charge

1 checkin took too long
2- broken bedsid lamp switch and loose bathroom door clothes hook
3- hot tube water temp not hot
4- no fruit, eggs at 8am breakfast despite checking beforehand- very unhealthy choices
Will choose other hotel next time

I highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles West Covina. The location is very manageable by me and my family.
Friendly staff, no need to pay parking and they even have breakfast snacks.
