Maria from the front desk was THE RUDEST person ever. The second I walked up to the counter she said, "Its going to be $100 deposit." Which me and my fiance said, "Thats weird cause we've been staying here for a week and a half and nobody has charged us any deposit." She swore I didnt book the room the first time around, which I did and even had the itinerary number. Then when I went to reserve a room again, she kept telling me to go sit down cause it was going to take so long. It took me less than 30 seconds, she just made herself look so rude, nasty, and hasteful!

Wi-Fi didn’t work and room is rather stark, doesn’t have the cozy living room feel most hotels go for. But very clean.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The shower had some damage causing the water to spew out of the top of it onto the wall in the shower but alerted the staff to fix it for the next person. Breakfast was advertised as grab and go, but when we got there around 8 am, hours were 6 - 9:30 a.m., nothing was available as they said they "ran out." There were about 6 oranges, and 10/12 granola bars and that was all. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Barbara and Maria were amazing and made the stay feel like home. Would definitely rebook here for that reason alone.

This place is amazing from the nice employees to the guest to the clean rooms just like a home away from home I love it there

We stayed in town for one night to attend a graduation and festivities after. Hotel is conveniently located and that's about it. Staff was adequate. Breakfast consists of coffee and a Nutri Grain bar so, plan accordingly. The one night we spent there was best described as "sleepless" as the walls/floor seemed to be made out of paper.....you hear EVERYTHING any guest above/below or next to you is. Don't recommend it at all.

Air conditioning controls didn’t work properly and was noisy. Guests upstairs made loud noises until after midnight, despite calling front desk twice.

2nd time in a month that we stay here. Clean rooms. Quiet rooms. No breakfast though.

Exc excellent customer service room was very clean and update. I highly recommended.
