The reception doesn’t know what you’re talking about I have paid my hotel by exp they say I have to pay $204 ??? That make me so upset

We just loved staying here. Our GPS took us past the hotel, so it was tiresome finding the entrance at night in the rain. The tv was remarkable, but they didn’t have Fox News, but cnn, msnbc, and hln were there. Not my stations. Loved the shower

Beautiful property. Room was clean and nice. HVAC unable to cool room and it was only upper 60's outside.

In the middle of my stay went to take a shower and no hot water. Called front desk and theu proceeded to tell me "Oh yes we had to cut the yhe hot water off for service" There was no warning or head up when I checked in.

For starters we arrived around a little after 11pm after driving 6 hours and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk multiple times but kept getting the answering service. The next morning the housekeeper changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom. The shower was dirty and so was the glass. The mirror hadn’t been cleaned it had greasy elements on it. There was hair everywhere! We tried to make the best of it. I will not stay at this facility again.

The property and staff were great. The ****** seems to have slipped. Popular machines like Wheel of Fortune (the original) were nowhere to be found and a popular 7's game I loved was also gone. In the past you could play for a reasonable amount of time but this trip not so much. The machines seem much tighter. It was not just me; I did not see the usual happy "YES" from people winning like before on past trips. We will probably go back to Tunica next time as at least there is a variety of ******'s.

The propert itself was fine. Our problem was we had an employee just walk into our room. He said he was doing a final inspection but we had been in the room for a while. Made us very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without even staying the night.

I parked my semi in their lot and had a short walk inside, the staff at the sports bar were amazing and the ladies at the desk were also. Room was fantastic and I will definitely return when my travels allow

The hotel overall was nice! But our room needs to be touched up a bit. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the shower cleaned.
