Water got on the floor and I cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty from the floor. The blow dryer did not work. Walked on the carpet with white socks and they were black. We only had enough to make one cup of coffee.

Liz, who checked me in was a delight and super friendly. Then I never saw anyone at the front desk again until I checked out. This was a bit disappointing as I was needing packets of coffee since there was only one in the room when I arrived. It was very nice having an ice maker in the fridge that was actually cold, kudos to that. I did feel bad for the gentleman who wanted to do his laundry but the hotel was using the guest facilities and had it closed. Maybe the hotel should have their own backup machines, or leave a couple machine available for guest.

I had woke up at 4:00 a.m. that morning so around 1:00 I stopped and asked what time I could check in (to take a nap). She checked to see what type of room I had requested and, since one was ready, she got me in right then. I was so pleased! I was a bit confused about having a kitchenette but no flatware, plates or cookware.

Overall nice place. Ran out of tissues first night and they didnt check the room while we were gone to see if anything needed refreshed but we made do. Loved tbe full size fridge with a working ice machine. Friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay there. I just wish that their breakfast options were better clarified online. They do not provide complimentary breakfast as other hotels offered. You can purchase from their food kitchenette a breakfast of sort but it costs. The price was not comparable to a cheaper breakfast elsewhere.

It was clean and quiet. The room freshener was very, very strong, that was hard on my husband with his allergies but the room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and I would stay again. My husband… not so much.

The staff was very nice, but the room smelled of mildew, and the bed was uncomfortable.

It was conveniently located to the Hapo Center and to all amenities needed. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower was WONDERFUL.

The lady who checked me in was not friendly and had an attitude while checking me in, on my third night the toilet overflowed and when asking if there was a plumger i could use and keep in my room, she had told me that they don't have any plungers....
