房間裏有蟑螂，半夜三點外面不知道哪還有人吵架，滿嘴********，吵的人根本睡不了覺。早上八點前台才上班，七點退不了房，需要信用卡付按金，不支持現金付，因為他們11點12點才開始檢查房間，要想早走又沒信用卡就得壓護照，然後12點之後再過來取（為什麼別的酒店就可以現金付款按金呢

各方面都不好，不建議住這個賓館

My daughter booked a double room from the pictures that are on their advertisement. We drove 3 and half hours from Busselton to Perth. We received our access card to our room, going up to our room it didn't look anything like the pictures on their site. Had trouble getting into room, the night attendant was very helpful. The hall way smelt like someone or something had died, once entering the room it looked not to bad. Then we looked in the rooms, one double bed had some black pieces of something in it and the other long strans of hair. The room was supposed to have been cleaned be with pulling back the covers of the beds found this. We call night attendant and said that we were not going to stay here at 10pm that night, he was more pissed off than us. We used the lift to go down to car park which looked like someone had killed a animal. I've taken videos of every think but there is a lot of swearing on there. We have sent emails after emails asking for our money back but with no luck. Monday we will be contacting accc about our stay with inner city apartments. People please avoid going to this motel not a nice place at all.

Place is an absolute disgrace to stay especially as family cockroaches everywhere drug paraphernalia through rooms cigarette smell through corridors beds are an absolute low and so is bathroom is not somewhere to stay I would not recommend

Great central location close to CBD across road from water town for shopping and a free bus that stops out front of property location location the apartment was roomy and clean with everything you need for a night or a week. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price was Very reasonable considering location. Differently will be staying again would recommend to anyone on budget needing self contained accommodation close to CBD

I booked this hotel thinking yeah look it’s not far from where I need to be and it’s cheap so that’s great. A few days before my stay I read the reviews and got a bit worried but I was still open minded. It was great, the staff were lovely, parking was a little difficult but there was lots of it. It was easily accessed all hours of the day, and even had some really cute vending machines. By no means is this a fancy hotel but if you’re just looking for something close to the city for a night or two it’s great. The rooms are such a amazing size for the price and they even have smart tvs in lounge?? The furniture has been updated (as some other reviews disagree), and honestly it was as spotless as could be. I’m a commercial cleaner myself and I can tell with minimal staff they’re really trying to make this a pleasant stay.Bed was comfy and warm, aircon ran well, elevators work and I had no noise complaints. My only negative is that you can tell it’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel by the trash waiting in the hallways and our neighbour had a bunch of cigarettes in their trash outside their door, aswell as the hallways are a little dirty but I can understand how hard it is to vacuum them 24/7. But overall my room was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
