All restaurants staff performed an excellent task of seving us in a professional way,catered to all food n beverages, immediate refill of all counters, were alert to take care of any situation, we felt like a V I P Receptionist were very good Baggage loaders had swift service

The property is really beautiful.Wake up early morning from private balcony you can get a beautiful view.During the day it's serene and quite place.The staff was courteous.Good food .A warm welcome by Priya .Good guide by Pravesh made our stay womdey.

I stayed in this hotel with my family (me, my wife and 2 young kids). We stayed in the Family Room with Balcony. The room is ideal for a family of 4 as it has 2 queen beds. This is really a comfort than using sofa bed. The room size is also nice and it allows space to move around even after 2 bds in the room. The balcony is there, but there is no view from the room or balcony. The hotel offers decent view only from a common balcony on each floor. One issue is that there is no AC or Fan in the rooms and it can create some issue with ventilation even in case of winter. Bathroom was ok, with basic toiletries provided. The food quality was very nice. Spread for breakfast was also good. Staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is located on a busy road and thus there no much chance to walk around near the hotel without being disturbed by the moving tourist cars. There is a grocery shop just opposite the hotel and that can be of help in case you need to buy some small eatables and water.

We stayed at three different Summit Hotels during our trip to Sikkim. We were impressed with the consistent quality of the hotels . The Newa Regency is clean with very professional staff and a great restaurant. There was a balcony setting area off our room as well as a couple of large open sitting areas which would have had beautiful views, if the mountains had not been obscured by mist and cloud.

CONS: Old property not well maintained. Quality and cleanliness of bathrooms was not good. Room balcony has no nice views. PROS: Good, efficiemt room service. Decent breakfast spread. Polite, efficient staff. Great views from the terrace and common balcony. OVerall Average where the management need to invest in upkeep and modernisation.

The staff is very humble and courteous. Specially MsPriya Priya is very helpful and willing to service her best.Mesmerizing view from the room and food as well. Will visit again.Firstly we were having different room with no view but we extended our stay and shifted to another room which was having beautiful view of mountains I recommend this hotel to each and every travelers also.

Everything is too good and the entire hospitality management was excellent.The food here is very tasty and a treat. The ambience of hotel is also very good. Entire staff and special mention to Priya were very helpful and co-operative throughout our holiday.Highly recommend

Great hotel ,with breathtaking views which will even make you forget your home .You can enjoy the view while sipping a hot tea enjoying the view and the weather. The staff was really really helpful .The rooms were comfortable and clean. Thanks to Mr. Rinjee and Aliza for providing us with a great room and also for recommending nearby places to visit which I enjoyed very much. Will stay again if I visit . Thanks for such a great service.

It was a memorable stay at Summit Newa Pelling. Entire team including Ms Priya were very hospitable, caring and supportive. Premium Family room was too good and comfortable with room heater facility. The food was palatable. Would certainly may not wanna loose opportunity to be back again. Thanks Ms. Priya.
