We just stayed at the hotel and its pretty empty but the room was clean.

The walls are really thin, you could here the people arguing and then it escalated to a physical altercation. The tv didn't work properly. There was no coffee maker, microwave, or refrigerator. The room was outdated.

First off BIG SHOUT OUT to the yound ladys that checked us in. My husband and I were traveling to Colorado with his Harley in tow. We were concerned about not having a room facing the parking lot. However, the front desk ladies made sure we knew where to park, it was safe and secure. They were very accomadating and friendly. The entire night was great and there is no complaints from us.

There was an exit leading to the parking lot that didn’t lock. It barely shut. Our first morning there housekeeping was soooo loud and disrespectful screwing around, laughing, cell phone ringing. Then they walked in our room while we were still in bed. Granted we didn’t put the “do not disturb” doorknob hanger out but do they not have a list of occupied rooms? Everything else was fine. Decent but not 5 star by any means.

I didn't stayed at rhe hotel I requested a refound, I found bugs in bed and by the tv. It was digusting. I will never going back to that hotel.

We have a broken A/C unit, cold night. Bath tube was clog, drain very slowly. As a cassinos city, we back late night to the room very tired, don’t wanna “maintenance @ inside room and annoying other guests. Hotel is dated , not following others around it.

Rooms were updated and clean. It was nice not having to go out into the weather to access the ******, desk or coffee . The wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

When we checked into our room we found there were zero plugs buy the bed. All plugs were inaccessible by the bed. Needed plugs on either side of the bed to connect C-Pap machines. Complained and it took 3 hours for them to resolve by moving us to a different room, but still had to string extension cords across the bed to get plugs on both sides. The staff was not helpful in fixing our issue, we would call, they would say they will send someone down to look, we would wait 30 mintues and have to call again, then they would finally send someone to look at our issue. This happened over and over until we finally went to the front office and started complaining, they only wanted to help us when other customers could hear what was happening. This is an OLD hotel that has undergone an upgrade, but they only upgraded the paint and left all other items with the original stuff. Air conditioner was extremely loud and did not work, original fixtures in the room, fan in bathroom was also original and so loud. We will NEVER stay here again!

The front desk representative was horrible. He does not know what Customer Service is. They had to switch our room twice. First time there was a cockroach on our nightstand, 2nd time there was no working TV. We are still having issues getting our $100.00 deposit back because they won’t mail it to us. It was an terrible experience. First time I stayed in a very long time, now I remember why. I will probably never stay again.
