The room smelled and wifi kept going out

The pool area was good...we we're suspto have a pull out sofa...instead it was a futon with a metal bar going through...breakfast was the exact same every day...sausage eggs waffles...there was never a change..asked if they ever have bacon...nope. Hot tub was broken. If you stay in the front bring ear plugs because it was sooooo noisy.

Very old & run down. Carpets were gross and beyond the point of cleaning. First room smelled like smoke and was small & dark, looking at the parking lot with sliders that didn’t open. No elevator from main lobby. Changed rooms & 2nd room was OK but the AC unit was caked with dust and that room smelled like mold. Pool was nice & breakfast was OK but overall I would not recommend this property.

Needs to be refurbished, especially attention rates we paid. Coffee and breakfast were not worth going downstairs for

Updated and clean room, decent wi-fi and breakfast, convenient parking, and helpful staff were highlights of this stay. The location was near my ultimate destination (Palm Harbor). Updated flooring in common areas would go a long way to improve the perceived condition of the property.

I would stay there again for sure! Everything about it was great including a wide range of breakfast items.

We found this hotel very tired and dated. It was reasonably clean but alot of damaged walls in our room. We usually stay in Dunedin for the Blue Jay Spring Training but decided to try Tarpon Springs to check out the area. We don't think we were in a very good area. Police were at our hotel a couple times. Also there was a guy in the pool area that went off on a tangent about immigrants...then calling us 'rich white trash'. It was very scary. It appears he was not a guest at the hotel but had just come in through the gates to use the facility. The whole week's experience just was not comfortable. I don't think we would stay in this area again.

Minutes after getting into the room a large cockroach ran from under the desk to under the bed. There were also fruit flies in the room. Definitely not clean. Toilet needed maintenance - we had to fix the string inside after each flush so it wouldn’t run all night. Pillows were cheap and very hard to get any sleep. Not the worst place but definitely not worth the money
