ハンプトン イン ナニュエット(Hampton Inn Nanuet)

Everything else was decent but when I made my reservation the system allowed me 5 people in the room it only had two beds which I felt bad for my children and my wife and I also for sleeping uncomfortable but at that time we had to stay anyway In other hotels, when they allow 5 in a room, they provide you with a third bed or sofa bed and that way we would be much more comfortable. My suggestion would be to only accept 4 people per room or add an additional bed.

Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient; room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was good/diverse and very helpful for our travel plans; very convenient location for restaurants and big mall--we were very pleased with our one-night stay in Nanuet.

My stay was fine two concerns first the elevator was old and made the strangest sounds and I didn’t feel safe at all riding it and the heating stun the room was so loud every time it came on I thought somebody was trying to break into the room kinda hard to sleep I ended up turning it off and just being cold

Our stay was perfect. It was a short stay. We were in town for a fashion show. We arrive at the hotel at approximately 1130 am. There were no rooms available. We told the front desk that we drove three hours and need to be at the mall for a 2 pm model call. We needed to arrive with makeup on . The staff was gracious enough to get us a room on no time

Very much appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort and cleanliness of the beds (bedding, pillows), nice large tv, fast internet, lovely staff... Couldn't have asked for more. Note: A potato option could be added to the breakfast buffet, which was otherwise very good.

Was given wrong info on room.by Hilton group.no sofabed in room but just kingbed n the room.advertised to sleep 3

Staff was helpful in explaining "rules" especially that you had to request room cleaning (not automatically done daily). We did ask & get service after 2 days (on request). We also needed a 1PM checkout on Sunday, noon was the regular check out, we also were accommodated for that. Just be sure to clearly ask for these things in advance.

It was exactly what we were hoping for as a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay while in town for a wedding.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I think you should let people know if their room is connecting.
