The pictures lied the rooms don’t look nothing like the pictures online and it was not the cleans room I would never go back

I had to ask twice for my room to be cleaned!!’ For the amount of price for the room and the conditions of the carpeting and overall property — this should be a $25 per night MOTEL!

I booked my room for two adults for one night on a travel site. I arrived before my girlfriend and checked in, I arrived by a ride share and informed them that my girlfriend will be arriving later and when she arrives I will come give u the license plate number for the parking pass, which I did. The next day after we checked out they call and say “ we are keeping your deposit because you had an extra guest besides yourself.” The room was booked for two adults. Then they proceeded to tell me that she need to show ID! I have never stayed at a hotel and ever has to show ID and are refusing to refund my deposit.

Great location and near I-405 freeway. Room is clean and bed was perfect. Will rent again in the future.

Didn't get new towels. The towel had hairs on them. Put them on the ground to get new towels but they just folded them back. Also just folded the wer floor towels and placed on top of the toilet. Very disgusting and unsanitary. The towel wasn't cleaned either, went to go buy my own.

Front desk is unfriendly. Room service will not be done even though requested with the sign. When confronted with front desk, they asked if you want the room to be done, you need to report before you leave the room and tell them how long you will be gone, I think this is inviting privacy.
