I booked the residence and the day of arrival I received an email saying they had to move my booking to a Hampton Inn close buy. I called Hampton Inn to confirm that they had the kitchen that the other hotel had (I have 4y/o twins and we need this type of room). They said “yes is the same”, totaly not true. When we entered the room the fridge was not working so the kids juice and other stuff for the kids that needed fridge we had to go down and leave it at the laundry employees fridge becasue they were 100% booked and no other room available. Next morning when we went to take a shower the shower handle was loose and we couldn’t take a shower. Next day in the evening when we came back our room was not served, we called room service for new towels and the rep said he had new down stairs but cannot bring them to us becasue he was alone at the hotel. On top of that they charged me the same fee as the other hotel, so I really don’t know the real booking price of this other hotel. Horrible experience!!!
