B&B ホテル ウェッツラー(B&B HOTEL Wetzlar)

Personnel was not well trained and disrespect. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Never stayed at a b&b group hotel before and the room in this brand new hotel was nice; compact but nothing missing. We even got a lovely view over the river. Arrived before the hordes of contractor vans so parking was easy and free, think if you show up at six mon-thu you’d struggle to get a space. However, the notable thing was the stupid Checkin system. Booked via their website and did everything asked, paid, registered, the lot. It said it would then email us Checkin details. Which, by the time we arrived at 3pm to the hotel, hadn’t arrived. The nice girl on reception checked us in (again) and asked us to pay (again). I took a bit of an exception to this, having already pre-paid for the stay directly with b&b. Manager appears, presses buttons on his computer for a bit and tells me we will have to pay again then they can refund us once they’ve worked out how their systems worked. I politely declined his offer, reasoning that I’d no confidence in getting my money back if they’d screwed up the first payment. Eventually, maybe because I dug my heels in like a mule, we got the room and didn’t have to pay again. Clearly some issue between training and their systems, but for a first time visit, it didn’t entice me to book again, which I haven’t - I would try again as the room was ok and the price good.

Nettes Hotel am Rande der Stadt, genau neben Einkaufszentrum Parkplätze sind etwas knapp bemessen.

Um mal eben eine Nacht zu übernachten in Ordnung. Aber meiner Meinung nach stimmt hier das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht.

Natürlich ist alles sehr einfach gehalten, aber das war mir egal bzw. wollte da ja nur schlafen. Nur der Geruch im Badezimmer hat mich etwas gestört. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert für Geschäftsreisen etc. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Quand nous avons pris le code de la chambre nous avons posé les valises pour partir manger rapidement nous n avions pas remarqué l etat de la chambre. C est au moment de se coucher on voit plein de trace noir au mur au plafond ( on comprendra plus tard que ce sont des traves d araignees ecrasees). On eteind la lumiere et la ma fille commence a hurler. On allume la lumiere et c est une horreur. Des enormes araignee sont au plafond entrain de courir. Mon mari en ecrase 2, au debut c est marrant. Sauf qu une grosse de 10cm sort du coussin de ma fille. Apres une autre sort du matelas(je pense de sous le lit) mon mari ouvre les rideaux en grand elles sont toutes cachees derriere. De la on voit des toiles d araignees de partout dans la chambre, dans les coins de lachambre dans les lits superposes des enfants…. Pour eux il est impossible de se rendormir en voyant cela. Par la fenetre on voit a l exterieur une miltitide d araignee et un conduit relit notre chambre a ce meme exterieur, un passage royal pour ces dames. Bien sur personne a la reception pour changer de chambre. Nous avons fuit et dormit sur un parking dans la voiture. Vu les toiles d araignees le menage n a pas du etre fait depuis plus d un an!!! Nous n avons jamais vu ca dans un hotel et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup. C est une honte!!!!

Zweckmäßig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Zu diesem Preis ist es mehr wie gut eingerichtet. Personal überaus Freundlich und reagiert prompt. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis ausgezeichnet. Das Einzigste was man bemängeln könnte, mit offnen Fenstern schlafen ist nicht. Auf der einen Seite die B49, auf der anderen Seite der Bahnhof.

Dieses Hotel ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet, Zimmer zu klein, weinig Ablagemöglichkeiten, Frühstück ausreichend aber die Tischzuteilung nach Uhrzeit funktioniert nur selten. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten ab 15 Uhr kaum vorhanden oder 300 Meter zu Fuss erreichbar. Betten zu Hart und Unbequem. Ich kann dieses Hotel für einen Längeren Aufenthalt nicht weiter empfehlen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Zimmer sind sauber.

Zimmer war wie gewohnt sauber und funktionell. Das einzigste was zu bemängeln ist, der Kanalgeruch in der Nasszelle. Dies sollte man in den Griff bekommen.
