Melaney was a perfect host who went above and beyond for us. We booked to stay on Valentines Day which was also my birthday. Melaney not only gave us a free upgrade to a seaview room but also placed cake, chocolates and sweets in the room. The lightboard wishing me a Happy Birthday/Valentines Day was also a lovely touch. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you Melaney, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you.

Stayed for a night whilst on a walking trip. Genuine warm welcome on arrival, comfortable and very well-appointed room. Melaney was very kind and considerate throughout my stay. I had to leave early, before breakfast service time, but a substantial continental breakfast was still made available. Lots of little touches you wouldn't expect to see, from an owner who clearly cares about her guests and her business. Will not hesitate to return when next in Weymouth.

As always, an amazing welcome and the perfect host, Melaney can’t do enough for you and is so friendly. Her food is to die for, the rooms are clean and the location is wonderful. We stopped again this new year and booked next year on the way out. 100% recommended for a comfortable stay.

What a lovely host and place melody could not do enough for you. I was worried about asking for extra milk and coffee as an other bed and breakfast is get really funny in Weymouth but she was more than happy to accommodate this. It was nice to welcome the New Year in with such amelody could not do enough for you. 2nd Visit for myself and the 1st for my partner. We were allocated Room 6 which has been recently refurbished and I can say what lovely room,cofy bed, spacious bathroom and a great sea view too. Melanie is a great host ,always smiling and serves a lovely breakfast too. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B and we will be back in the future. Thanks Melanie x

We had an amazing 1 night stay with Meleney! Everything was perfect, the view from the family room (not to forget we got upgraded for no extra cost, thank you!) the breakfast 10/10. We felt very at home and so welcome from the second we arrived. We are have already booked to come back with our family and we will definitely book, again and again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Weymouth. First of all… THE VIEW!! It is called Channel View for a reason. The sea view rooms couldn’t possibly be any closer to the beach, with the most stunning view. My partner and I kept the blinds open so that when we opened our eyes in the morning the first thing we saw was the sea. Absolutely beautiful. Secondly… the host is absolutely brilliant. Melaney is very friendly and knows all the best places to go, from tourist sightseeing to local bars. The guest lounge has the most fabulous bookshelf where you can take one and leave one. Lastly… the breakfast. One word. Delicious. Thoroughly recommend. In fact you’d be a fool not to stay!

Amazing communication between host and guest . Melaney paid lots of details to make sure our stay was amazing . This was from the yummy banana bread and fresh milk and water in rooms to the lovely variety of breakfast made fresh . Close to the beach . Beautiful views ❤️

Very warm welcome, lovely location. Would definitely recommend, stayed for two days, wish we could have stayed longer. Was shown where we could park our car at no cost, every little helps. Melaney was the perfect host, nothing was to much trouble
