Room was so dirty, bedding was dirty. Shower was moldy and disgusting. No refrigerator in room. No garbage can. Do better La Quinta

The breakfast selection was sub standard and I complained about it. I was told their food didn’t come in and they would have a shipment in a couple of days

I have stayed here because of location of years. The overall exterior building and furnishings are outdated, old, dirty or in terrible condition and in need of renovation. The room was clean and tidy just very dated and warren

I booked this room in an emergency due to closed roads and hazardous travel. They would not allow my daughter to check in as she didn’t have a photo ID. We requested an exception to the rule due to the travel emergency and hotel further denied. We’re forced to sleep in their car. Very disappointed! Refund has been requested!

The place was pretty dirty. I took a few pictures. Breakfast was really bad. There was no juice at all. No fruit no yogurt. When I asked they said the food truck doesn’t come until Monday. It was Friday. There was 5 boiled eggs in the fridge. I took 2 the next morning there was no eggs and only one bagel. There was cereal for every day. So only cereal to eat. I had to stay here because of a storm.

I asked for a room on the first floor because I was handicapped and they gave me room on the 3rd floor and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t working

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and variety. The only thing that we don’t like was that we could hear people walking late at night and early morning, we couldn’t really sleep that well (we started on the first floor).

Grumpy, non engaging front desk person. No bathroom fan, old shower with stained base. Unacceptable breakfast offerings: Coffee gone, milk gone, juices gone, plates and bowls both gone. Yogurt gone. Breakfast area too cold to enjoy. Continuous alarm chirp.

I don't recommend it at all, it's a terrible experience, horrible treatment from people at the check-in, his name is José, not a pleasant person to work in a hotel… something horrible, my most terrible experience

Hotel was very old and not very well maintained. The desk chair in our room had multiple stains and the bathroom sinks cold water handle did not work. I understand it is a budget friendly hotel, but things should still be clean and in working order

I really like it it was comfort just like home plus very quiet people were nice and breakfast was great

Room needed a deep clean. Stains on carpet and a moldy bathroom. Bed and surfaces were clean/dusted.

tub faucet broken, 2nd room had broken heat unit, third room had dripping faucet and faulty refrigerator, continental breakfast was poor quality. staff was incapable of handling adeptly handling plumbing problem.
