The hotel isn't located near anything. Not much to do but hit the ******. Room service cannot enter your room.... it's door service. Food is just ok.

酒店新開的，多倫多地區也算豪華的酒店了，裝修隔音都非常好，還有24小時的食品大排檔，中西餐都有，關鍵還好吃

Its a big building. It can be tricky if you are with kids but enter the ****** side as parking farage is not marked clearly. You have to go all around to the back to enter the parking. Food options are way overpriced. Especially the chinese restaurant inside the ******. Not worth it. The food court options are better. Fire baked Pizza place was good great service and very friendly.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was disappointing that the drain plug in the bathtub didn’t work properly and we couldn’t have a bath as the water kept draining. The main reason for booking a room like this was to be able to soak sore muscles after basketball games.

Clean room and friendly staff. The only complaint about the hotel is that they don’t provide a comfortable smoking area for guests. If you want to have a smoke in a decent area, you have to go all the way through the ****** to the smoking section they provide. Everywhere else you go to have a smoke is just an area to stand beside a butt can. There isn’t even a bench!

It was my birthday, we used the little lounge by the entrance , which was nice and clean. With noisy kids, the stuff was patient. Love the little pool, steam sauna, the jacuzzis and dry sauna was out of order. I thank for the crib and luxury feelings. We booked higher room for $217when mistaking we asked for the king size bed, they changed our room to small $159 :( , when I asked I was lied the by the old nice gentleman that all the rooms are the same. Husband wasn’t happy about it.

Service was the main issue — the front desk staff were good, but there were few staff in the ****** and restaurant staff were totally uninterested in serving us (seafood restaurant). Starbucks took 25 minutes to serve 5 people. Also, someone was smoking in a room near ours and smoke was coming through the vents. We let the front desk know, but it didn’t stop, and they just said they would “look into it.” Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy.

The layout to get to the arena and ****** from the hotel was awesome. Cell service was crappy. They were behind in cleaning rooms for check in, however made up for it by upgrading our room at no extra cost because of the inconvenience. Very friendly staff!
