Wingate by Wyndham Goodlettsville

We stayed for one night on our way home from New Orleans. Great deal for a small rate. Good location. Nice to have breakfast included. However, cigarette smoke smell in the room. Had we stayed longer, we would have asked for a different room.

Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our stay. The hall areas needed vacuuming but I know many places are short- staffed.

The bath tub was so high my aunt had trouble getting in and out on her own. The mattresses kept sliding off the beds when getting in or out and were very high as well. Breakfasts were very tasty.

Nice staff, not very busy, across the street from a Kroger and gas stations and a few restaurants. Had a fun time!!

The hotel allowed other guests to scream yell and run amuck in the halls slamming doors and making lots of noise till 3 Am.. when i rent a room i expect to get some sleep not so in this hotel... they rented to teeenagers who acted just that loud and could care less.. at midnight i thought it would stop by 3 am i had enough and called the desk.. where was the hotel staff NO WHERE TO BE FOUND till i called and yelled.. CRAP SHOW ALL THE WAY IM REQUESTING A REFUND DONT STAY THERE

Need to replace the bed springs they were broken and mattress was slumping. Every time my husband moved the bed spring made noises.

Staff is amazing! Clean! Nice breakfast. My partner and I have made this hotel our permanent home Monday-Thursday as we work in the area!

Hotel was super hot 80 plus degrees inside, smelled like chain smokers lived there damage to drywall in my room red stains on the floor damaged wall base damaged to the sliding door to the bathroom causing saw dust to be pliled up on the floor entrance. AFTER i called the night desk associate to mention the damages to avoid responsibility the information was not shared between shifts and when I mention it to the morning desk associate she looked at me like i was lying and caused the damage. And while my son was making pancakes for breakfast an associate from the kitchen area came out and took his pancakes and stopped the machine to "massage" the pancake mix before replacing it and having us have to wait for more pancakes to be made. All and all I most likely will never stay at a wyndom hotel again.
