ハイアット ハウス ホワイト プレインズ(Hyatt House White Plains)

The stay was very nice. It was a short trip. The only issue is that they charged me for the room on top of paying it through Trip.com. this is the second time this has happened through your site.

We spent 3-4 days a week for 2 months while my brother received treatment at mskcc. We couldn’t have ask for better accommodations (full kitchen and private bedroom) Staff is efficient and friendly, great breakfast. Only - no smart tv and not the greatest hot water/water pressure.

Bar and food service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It wasn’t just bad due to service knowledge but an active disdain for customers and the job. Ignored customers and had to search out our own drinks, refills. Even then we had to ask him multiple times for drinks or refills before he would respond. He just stood there on his phone ignoring everyone. All the customers just kept looking at each other trying to get his attention.

I the front desk manager got me an early check im As i had an accident getting off the exit on the Merritt parkway. He was so helpful gettijg my puppy & i checked in and safe.

I come here frequently on trips north. The Hyatt House is always a great place to stay

Room was very small for an extended stay hotel bed linens were too thin mattress was uncomfortable no natural light, and no ability to run Netflix or YouTube.

Not safe to stay. My female employee had to check out early due to not feeling safe after the front desk didn't check her in properly 2 days prior, so they claimed housekeeping and security went to check on a "dirty" room to be able to sell only to open the door overnight while she was sleeping, "good thing the deadbolt was latched" and when they were unable to get it, left the door cracked. The front desk manager gave her an attitude about it the next morning and when I called to follow up once alerted was given the same attitude. Do not stay here. Stay far away.

This property is outdated and very dirty. There were multiple yellow stains on the sheets. After I asked for new sheets, they brought another set with yellow stains! The kitchen in the room is useless as the top cabinets are close to the stove and the sink,impossible to use them. There is not any place to get coffee or lunch during the day. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ok but not safe as it was not gated. The rooms are dark and depressing. The carpet is dirty and stinky.
