I had a reservation for a king bed pre paid 3rd party arrived my wife checked us in gave us a room with 2 double beds and fridge sounded like a propeller. So I went down and was told by manager all fridges sound like that so I asked for a room transfer into a king bed what I paid for so they put me in a room with king bed but was handicap which wasn’t a problem. I had a 2 day stay so my wife and I left the next morning asked front desk for an earl cleaning of room when we returned at 2:00 PM room was not cleaned so my wife and I where leaving again at 5:00 PM so I was going down at that time and ask for cleaning. At 4:30 PM maid shows up I make Her aware my wife and I are leaving at 5:00 PM if she could return she said is off at 5:00 PM not a pleasant stay.

Very nice staff, especially the buffet manager who was very courageous and helpful. You need to up grade the toilet paper brand (people would
use less if it were thicker), but I would book a room at your hotel again and highly recommend it.
