This may have been the worst Bonvoy Marriot I've ever visited. But the real issue was that the "manager" never even followed up with my request to discuss the problems (i.e., toilet handle fell off and shower head plugged with sediment)
The wifi was down the entire stay which made me have to work at a Starbucks. Even the staff at the front desk acknowledged the wifi being down.
This place is sad. Go elsewhere.
