ハイアット リージェンシー ウィチタ(Hyatt Regency Wichita)

The hotel was packed for a dance competition & we upgraded to a corner room. That said corner room was a conjoined room & the people next to us had loud kids & a baby.

I would say for being so expensive and elegant, they will have more things, the only couple of vending machine, where out of drinks, the bar didn’t sell anything non alcoholic, one of the host the one that check me in, was really like I was a bothering her. Breakfast buffet I’ll give a 5/10 just because it has more variety but you have to pay more for gratitude aside of 30$ you pay to include on your stay when you book a room. Instead, I pay 25$ more because they charge my breakfast again, ask for refund “she did” but has not reflected on account. The night before I stayed at the other Hyatt hotel “Wichita university” and it was 100% better than this one. Cleaness, friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, there was a restaurant,bar, snacks. I would recommend that the Hyatt hotel make some changes to and be similar to the Hyatt Wichita university. Overall I’ll give 5/10 it was really clean10/10 the pool and the jacuzzi was 10/10. And it was really fancy.

The woman who checked me in was incredibly rude. I hate feeling so unwelcome and like such an inconvenience to be checking in. She rolled her eyes at me when I had a question and did everything to get me out of her way as quick as possible. I thought about changing my reservation and going to another hotel but I was so tired I decided to stay. I was very happy with the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was amazing and the gentleman who delivered was so nice and helpful! They just need better staff at the front desk.

We chose the Hyatt because of its closeness to the event venue we were going tobon Saturday evening. Good choice!! A little pricey for a nights sleep, however it met and achieved everything you would expect from a Hyatt.

Lobby & restaurant/bar were very nice and professional, but as soon as we got to the room we were disappointed. Most of the furniture was either broken or damaged, there were chips in the wall paint, and bare minimum in-room amenities. The internet did not work for the entirety of our stay and the television kept freezing and restarting, like once every 4 minutes. None of this would have been too disappointing if not for the price of the room. Definitely not worth the price for what we received.

We like the hotel but a few hiccups. The attached shower amenities should be on opposite end of shower wall, not directly in elbow way. Also, the rooms have NO microwave. Found out they have one by the ice vending machine but only on the evan floors.

Great location and clean spacious rooms. Nice environment- as expected. Would stay again.

Didn’t like how far parking was from our room...the parking garage made it further than typical hotel parking would be. When swimming pool is reopened, it will be great!

Nice clean hotel, attached to the convention center. The on site restaurant was a great bonus with delicious food options for dinner.
