Premier Inn Widnes

Nice rooms clean no food in hotel but you can order from restaurant outside 100ft away so not to bad and was nice takeout but no pets allowed

I really like the people because they understand me and the bedroom was so tidy when I was arrived and this people who clean my room then amazing job and people in the reception of well professional and I hope I see you all again soon thanks for having me and my friend. We had amazing time in your lovely hotel in Widnes.

there was 2 lights out in my room which i reported the first day and they were the same when i left the second night we were out late and when ewe got back the 3 disable parking bats where full of works vans and non disable vehicles the recptoinist was outside i told her and there was no reply and as we ordered a accessable room as we are both disable and my wife cant walk very far

Second business stay at this Hotel and will certainly return again when working in the area. Decent food offering at the linked restaurant next door and as always with Premier Inn, very comfy beds, great shower and clean rooms. The icing on the cake was the excellent service given at reception by Ellie, who went above and beyond in taking care of us - heartwarming traditional customer service values displayed on both visits by Ellie, enough for the company to re use this establishment. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing seemed too much trouble, well done, keep up the good work

It was a lovely comfortable room and everything I needed for a weekend away visiting friends. TV was a bit confusing and I had to pay for upgraded Wi-Fi as the standard free stuff is useless but otherwise no complaints.

Hotel was great as premier inns are. Brewers fayre attached to hotel were unwelcoming, finished serving food earlier than advertised. Booked for breakfast with hotel staff at 10:30am to be told breakfast had finished. Had to be insistent that they allowed us to eat but felt very rushed and unwelcome.

The rooms were very comfy, clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was tasty and filling. There's also plenty to do in the nearby area. For the price and what's nearby this is a very good premier inn and for anyone coming to the area I would reccomend it.
