This hotel is very inviting, warm and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The food in the restaurant is delicious also, however, the courses arrived at our table at different times. We were a party of four and two of us had our starters arrive at the same as the others had their main course which means two people were left eating their main course afterwards. The main courses should have arrived at the same time, so ok not sure why this happened. I do hope the restaurant sees this reviews and corrects this issue and it ruins the diner's experience.

Great hotel, nice staff. A great base for exploring Wieliczka and Krakow. There is a railway stop next to the hotel, from where you can reach the center of Krakow in 20 minutes. The service is fine. You can come with your dog.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je visite cet hôtel seule ou accompagnée. J'ai l'habitude de m'y arrêter chaque fois que je vais en Pologne (tous les ans), pratiquement dès le début de son existence. L'accueil qui m'a été réservé par la propriétaire, Madame Elzbieta, est exceptionnel. Je ne connais pas beaucoup d'établissements hôteliers qui ont gardé cette ambiance familiale dont fait preuve Lenart. Tout y est magnifique, en commençant par la décoration conçue par sa propriétaire, passant par le confort, accessibilité, restauration; aussi une vraie école de bon goût. Je recommande vivement ce lieu à tous ceux qui veulent goûter à une hospitalité cordiale et généreuse.

On ne peut ne pas tomber sous le charme de la déco dont la propriétaire Elzbieta Lenart est l'auteur. Son expérience et le rayonnement fait de cet hôtel un lieu incontournable, où on se sent chez soi. Son charisme permet au jeune personnel de s'instruire et s'épanouir professionnellement. Très beaux appartements, équipés des lits confortables; Délicieuse cuisine gastronomique aux menus variés, servant le petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec des produits frais et faits maison. Grand parking gratuit et super market bien fourni. Tant l'originalité du style de cet endroit que son ambiance me fait y revenir seule ou accompagnée depuis 10 ans, dès le début de son existence et je le recommande à tous mes amis. J'y puise mon inspiration.

Dostałem świeży, czysty i zadbany pokój. Przyjemna łazienka. Obsługa w hotelu uprzejma. Bez problemu zostały rozwiązane moje drobne problemy. W hotelu panuje spokój i przyjemny klimat. Polecam i dla rodzinki i dla osób przejazdem, które potrzebuję się zatrzymać na nocleg i przy okazji zjeść dobry posiłek.

Polecam hotel. czysto i przytulnie. wnuczka była zachwycona -duzo miejsca, mila obsluga. Ładny wystrój. W srodku spokoj i cisza. Duży darmowy parking dla gości hotelu. Blisko do pociągu i centrum miasteczka. Całkiem niedaleko Kopalnia Soli.

Erg teleurgesteld in personeel van restaurant, maar ook teleurgesteld na een klacht ingediend te hebben, we er niks meer van gehoord hebben met excuses en oplossing. In Polen kunnen ze niet goed omgaan met klachten, en word nooit iets mee gedaan. Kamer was mooi maar personeel restaurant op woensdag avond tragedie Zo zonde als je 600 zloty uitgeeft We hebben geen mayonaise we hebben geen boter Hahaah in de ochtend bij het ontbijt hebben ze het allemaal, maar bij het avond eten niet. Friet kwam 10 minuten later terwijl we hoofdgerecht al ophebben Wijn was zo warm niet te drinken maar wel 127 zloty afreken. Friet met ketchup nee we willen mayo dat hebben we niet 😂😂😂😂😂 Brood zonder boter zonder saus gewoon droog 🙈🙈🙈🙈lekker joh

Nocleg był przystankiem w drodze do innego miasta. Polecam. Szczególnie świeży i czysty pokój był dla mnie-alergika dużym plusem. Blisko ulokowany dworzec pozwolił mi spontanicznie zwiedzić kawałek Krakowa. Hotel przy drodze głównej, blisko sklep, stacja i myjnia.

W hotelu odbyła się komunia mojego syna. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy dużą salę -dzieci miały przestrzeń do zabawy. Obsługa była fantastyczna- mimo kilku innym uroczystości w tym czasie nie musieliśmy długo czekać na posiłki i napoje. Plusem duży parking .

Spędziłam w hotelu ostatni weekend w ramach wypoczynku wraz z partnerem. Jesteśmy zadowolenia z warunków, w jakich przyszło Nam spędzić ten czas. Pokój zadbany, czysty. Hotel spokojny. Duży parking zlokalizowany blisko centrum. Polecam.
