Shoutout to the hotel staff who were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool, business center and fitness room looked very nice although we did not use them. The breakfast buffet was more generous than you usually find. Check-in/out was fast and easy. The hotel was kept very clean. However, bedrooms, but not bathrooms, have been updated. Toilets seemed to have been designed for children. Lobby and breakfast area furniture was worn and could use cleaning. That whole lobby area was very dark and kind of depressing. The hotel was located in a weird area and you needed to drive 10 minutes or more to get anywhere (i.e., you couldn’t walk anywhere to eat or shop). Overall I would give this property a “B”.

King size suite, everything was ok except the bed. It was one of the most firm beds I've stayed in.

This is close to Williamsburg and Jamestown area. We were traveling with our 2 children and their children so we reserved 3 rooms and it is spacious enough for everyone to move around. There is an indoor pool that the kids were able to enjoy after touring the day on the historical spots in Williamsburg and Jamestown. The breakfast was great to start the day. There were eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, etc. I would recommend this hotel for a traveling family.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was hot and had many options. It was very convenient to the park and the room for breakfast was used by many for late night snacks for groups so that was nice. We also enjoyed the pool. What I didn't like was being on the floor with the dogs. I am not sure why we were placed there. Our hairdryer did not work and we returned it but never got a replacement. The cleaning staff took our dirty towels but never gave us any towels to replace them. We got some from the front desk. The hotel was full so maybe they were busy.

For the value point pricing the hotel is ok. Don’t expect any bells or whistles. Breakfast was really crowded tons of families crowded in and under serviced by few staff. Our room was clean but I wouldn’t walk on carpet barefooted. For one night it was fine. We slept comfortably.

Nice front desk staff. Clean room. Extensive breakfast options. Close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.

The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows would not be my choice. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered was much more than many hotels provide.

Didn’t like that the furniture was falling apart. Faux leather peeling off the arms. Bed was not comfortable. In the closet you could only hang something short because the rack was in the middle. We had clothes for a wedding and could not even hang up my long dress
