クラリオン ホテル ウィリアムズバーグ I-64(Clarion Hotel Williamsburg I-64)

We had no housekeeping service during the entire visit, even though we specifically requested, in person at the front desk, at 9:00 am. We were told by the front desk man that he would take care of it. No apologies were offered. We got back at 11:00 pm, the room was as we left it. My husband went to the front desk to bring this to the front desk attention, he was told that the front desk person knew nothing about it, no apologies were offered, and the front desk person just handed him the towels and told him IF he wanted restock of regular coffee, to come back in 5 minutes, and the front desk person may have it ready for him. We paid for 3 breakfasts, which consisted of frozen croissant egg sandwiches, 2 danishes, 1 granola bar, an apple, and a bottle of water in a brown paper bag, handed to us by a rude front desk person. My husband and I realized that we were not staying at an upscale place, we didn't realize we were staying at a flop house. We have stayed at other Clarions, no issues with them. This Clarion was extremely disappointing to say the least.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean however needs updates. the refrigerator was not in the room. Hallway carpet is stained and does not smell too good but our room smelled fine. Shower was good and place was quiet when we were there on Back Friday. Convenient location to the colonial village and visitors ctr. Also convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Price was good.

The rooms were clean and contained both a microwave and a refrigerator. Easy to get to my destination, I was there to bowl in a bowling tournament. Convenience all the way round.

Very friendly staff even though it was a last minute reservation they were Happy to accommodate us and our pet at a affordable price, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable everything was excellent

The guest services (possibly owners) were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The building is a good one, just needs completely renovated to get rid of musty smells.

Bedding & linens were stained. Sheets had hair on them. Walls and tubs were stained. This hotel needs to be updated.

Great staff. Too bad owner of property doesn't think it's important to keep up with the property. Very out dated to the point were vents would not turn off and outlets would not work. I feel that there's a huge fire hazard at this hotel. They changed my room twice due to the vent in bathroom not turning off. Breakfast could be a little better. Waffles were fresh. Eggs and sausage were very cold. Staff were smoking right outside the door where breakfast was being served. Not ok! I wont be staying here again. I noticed there were s few bad reviews months ago and I believe they had enough time to correct the issues. I usually dont ever post any negative comments about anything. But I was pretty frustrated to see how any owner that took owner ship of this facility can't see how much work is needed and just repair the issues for sake of there clients.

The pictures on ******* are no where close the actual hotel. The rooms were very outdated and dirty. Carpet needs vacuumed. Bathroom tub was fixed with vinyl cove base that you use on the floor in grocery stores. No comforter on beds. Just sheet. If the walls and hallway were just painted it would look so much better. If the rest of the hotel looked as nice as the entrance it would be good. Also, restaurant said open until 11pm but closed at 9pm. We had planned on getting an appetizer and drinks but had to walk to Outback.
