Was a beautiful facility in its time. Wonderful and friendly staff. Wish there was more for breakfast,and all the amenities were functioning correctly. Otherwise clean rooms and pleasant accommodations. We will stay again.we had Christmas there and it felt very much like home away from home. Our kids in front on Christmas Eve.

The ceiling of the bathroom was LITERALLY caving in. Dirty-used washcloth on the shower rod- mold in the shower. Hair in the sheets- washed, but hair was still there. The people above us yelled all night- well, til 4am. No one cared. Completely foul place. we went out for breakfast- wouldn’t eat anything if the cleanliness of the room was any indication of how they kept food.

Last minute booking. Horrible choice. The room had a stain on the carpet by the bed and the whole room smelled like cheap hair conditioner. The bathroom was dirty and I kept on waiting to see a roach or something else crawl out. The drawer to one of the dressers wouldn't completely choose. I had to step outside at 11pm to ask other guests with children to stop making noise in the hallway. The food served for breakfast was mediocre and all I wanted to do was get the hell out of there. Awful experience. I will NEVER go back.

Had a wonderful trip no one in the pool or hot tub the entire time my kids loved it. The heat stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to switch rooms.

The inside pool was freezing cold when I asked the receptionist on the phone about it before we showed up she said it was heated. The hot tub was Luke warm and smelled like a fish pond. The room was clean. But we had emergency back home and had to leave. We're told we would be reimbursed for the second night because we were only there for 2 hours on day one.

The room was clean but needed some some small repairs. All the employees we came into contact with were nice and helpful. Just wish the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave.

Walked in and discovered no fridge, nor microwave. When staying a week and bringing things from home that needs refrigeration, it was not a good thing. Went into the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was coming out of the tile wall and had to be fixed before we could use the shower. Beds were ok comfort wise, but i remember several years ago when we stayed at this hotel , it was much better all around from cleanliness, to the hot buffet breakfast . Since new ownership , this establishment has gone down drastically. We chose this hotel due to the price, but will definitely think again about staying here.

The overall stay wasn't bad . The heater needs to be replaced because its very loud . The sheet had a few stains on it . The pool did not look to great . Staff were cordial & courteous . Overall I give it a 7/10 rating .

The room was doable for the price but the lady at the front desk was not very nice, actually mean. I didn't even ask for anything special!! I just couldnt believe that woman was the one welcoming people! This hotel has gone so downhill. It makes me sad. The breakfast room looked under-construction and the cold breakfast choices were just strewn on the counter for a grab and go. I hate complaining. I don't like businesses closing but I hope they review their action plan or I have no idea how it will remain open. They can start by sending in pretend customers to check on their front house protocol a few times a month. Maybe it will help! Idk. I am so sorry I couldn't leave a better review except the bed was soft!
