Great location. Staff treated us like a family during our entire stay. Kitchen staff are very cautious about food allergies and made accommodations. Highly recommended.

Lovely Hotel in a good location within Salisbury to access the city with many great places to visit. Small but comfortable room with all the normal facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good value and would stay here again.

We had a lovely greeting from the receptionist upon arrival and check-in was very smooth. The hotel appears to have recently been refurbished and so everywhere is very smartly done in a contemporary style whilst retaining its period features such as exposed beams, old brickwork, etc. The room was very comfortable with all of the facilities that you would expect such as tea/coffee, TV with wide range of channels, a very comfortable bed, additional seating and smart bathroom. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner contained SLS and were in plastic and so we didn't touch these. It would be better to have an eco-friendly option. We own a small eco cosmetics company so notice this type of thing! :-) All of the staff where very friendly, we were given a free drink at the bar (woo-hoo) and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice. Finally, the location is very central and perfect for our visit to the city and cathedral.

Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Quiet, comfortable and clean ensuite bedroom with good facilities. Friendly bar staff and a lovely space to relax in the evening. Good range of breakfast items. The chef and waiting staff are attentive and ensure dietary needs are catered for, providing me with a delicious bowl of porridge made with my choice of oat milk. Centrally located hotel with good access to shops, restaurants, Cathedral and a 15 minute walk to the railway station. Limited car parking at the hotel but there are public car parks nearby. Highly recommend and will definately stay again on my next visit to Salisbury.

Efficient reception service and very comfortable stay . Complementary drink from the bar on arrival was a nice touch . Very small car park but a multi storey car park is available a few minutes walk away at a minimum price for an overnight stay . Breakfast seemed expensive at £15 but there are plenty of options on the doorstep

Stayed for two nights in a superior room during my Birthday. I thought the room rate was reasonably well. Fantastic bar. Great location.

It’s not an obvious choice from the street, but inside is a hidden gem. Our room smelt lovely on entering. All was fitted out well, and was very clean. As rooms were spaced out well, it was peaceful. The shower had a very good stream, despite water flowing out from the bath/shower connection tap. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, and all staff we met were friendly. We had our complimentary drink in the bar before heading out straight into the city centre. Great location for exploring on foot.
