Very good place and spacious rooms. Very neat around the Guesthouse and friendly staff. Consideration to be given to have a fridge, coffee & tea in the rooms for convenience.

Stayed one night. Friendly, informative check-in; lovely room. Very lukewarm shower. Breakfast was okay (I was told “there is no butter” at breakfast. In the middle of Windhoek?? Acceptable out at elegant desert lodge but found the response very lax. Also, very slow clearing tables after breakfast. Well maintained garden. Okay for one night. Wlan available.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Elegant Guesthouse while in Windhoek for work. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, wifi is strong and stable, the property is beautiful and well maintained, swimming pool is clean and the breakfast every morning was a well received. The staff, Mathilda and team are incredible and were more than happy to assist with any request, even if out of their normal scope or work. I highly recommend this guesthouse to all traveling to Windhoek!

Stayed here on our last night of a tour around Namibia with Exoticca. Very clean and comfortable experience with tasteful decoration and good breakfast. Matilda - the manager is amazing - so helpful and runs the place super efficiently. Thank you.

Nothing is too much trouble. Great room and delicious healthy breakfast. Matilda on the front desk will book restaurants, taxis and generally look after you. Perfect stopover on arrival and departure to the airport. Pleasant outside area. Spotlessly clean.

Dear Elegant Team Experience on the whole very positive - staff helpfulness and friendliness quite exceptional indeed. Decor - everything very tastefully done. Rooms could do with a bench to place luggage - one doesn't ideally want to put luggage on the bed and difficult to pack / unpack work on the floor. Room carpets - loose rugs - showing wear & tear, curling at corners, people can trip. Most people are working whilst travelling and ensuring a comfortable (correct height) desk / table - with a good reading lamp always very much appreciated. We also really appreciated that we could access the Tea Lounge 24/7. Thank you - your staff are really to be complimented and ensured a very pleasant experience for our guests.

We stayed one night before a flight. Conveniently situated for both Joe’s Beerhouse and an easy 35 minute drive to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionist called our car hire company to resolve a query and found me a hairdryer when I asked. Beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome! Breakfast was as one would expect it to be with eggs and bacon cooked to order along with a buffet for cereal, meats, cheese etc. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available as is a small but well stocked honesty bar. Thank you for looking after us.

Beautifully located guesthouse with a bit of a zen feeling. Rooms are fine. Shower is great. Very friendly people. The breakfast area is just fine. The breakfast service is outstanding. Lots of options also in warm varieties. Actually we regret we only booked one night.

Large clean rooms with large bathrooms and private (ish) outdoor space. The grounds of the hotel are large. It has a pool area, a fire pit area, chairs in a landscaped area and in the back a koi pond with tables. Since most guests are stopping over the hotel is a great option if you need downtown and just need to relax. If not the hotel helps with a taxi service that can take you downtown and for your meals.
