房間還是可以。裝修已經有點時代了。別的都還不錯。個人感覺還是值得入住的。酒店房間裏是沒有冰箱的，也沒有刷牙漱口杯。

We stay regularly at the Premier Inn Winnersh when seeing family. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are amazing. Really handy for trains to London, a cinema nearby as well as good places to eat. The breakfast is brilliant. The car park has lots of space and is free. This is based on 40 nights spent at the hotel over the years. Alyson

I have been using this hotel for several years as its close to our head office in Reading. Its a real shame that the bar and block is to close in September as Dan and his team are a real asset to the business and the food is far and away the best i have had at a Premier inn. I don't usually write reviews but i feel that i needed to praise all at the bar and block for their great work over the years. However, i will not be staying here in the future once it reverts to the new style premier inn. The front of house lady, i believe is taking over of the whole hotel and restaurant. Not only is she rude to her staff, she can be very awkward and delayed when checking in. On times she has been rude to myself also and have often heard her gossiping in the reception area about in house issues. As a worker in the hospitality sector i felt i had to raise this topic as in general this hotel is far and away the best Premier Inn in the area. 5 ***** FOR THE RESTAURANT 2 ** FOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. Shower good. Air con great. Paid extra for better WiFi this was no better so don’t bother

All pretty average though expensive for a Premier Inn. Totally spoiled experience as the result of coming down to pre booked and paid for breakfast only to find that the restaurant was closed because it apparently didn’t have any water despite the hotel itself in the same building having a full supply as did adjacent businesses. No attempt to suggest alternatives or to do more than offer a refund of what we had already paid “when the manager comes in and can process it “.

Convenient for the train station to Twickenham (& Ascot.) Comfortable bedroom, quiet, affordable, easy to have gluten free breakfast and staff helpful and diligent. Thank you

No.one came to clean the bathrooms for 2 days. even on request. . requested for new towels. not provided. very bad experience overall..
