Another great visit to the Fairgrounds for a great hockey weekend, with family!!

Hotel was very acceptable for the price. Shower was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was standard. Staff were accommodating but there was no one at the front desk when we arrived so we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up. Wi-fi was not working and we were told it was an ongoing issue.

OK的非常好

Very run down. Tape on window screens. Threadbare carpet. Tape covering chips in furniture. Refrigerator needed to be defrosted and seal was falling off the door. Was clean and staff was great.

Stayed with my family if 4 for 4 nights while touring colleges. Our room was only cleaned once the day after we arrived. After being out all day our 3rd day we assumed our room would have been made up while we were out. When we returned in the evening and inquired I was given two excuses. The first was it was a busy check out day and they ran out of time cleaning rooms. And then the reason was they only clean every 3 or 4 days. There was no toilet paper in our room and no clean towels after 3 days. I was told someone would bring towels up within 15 minutes but my husband had to go down and ask again after an hour and a half of waiting. In addition, the hotel itself is pretty run down and dingy. The windows in our connecting rooms were filthy. I do not recommend staying here.

It was great like staying with family everyone was great and the breakfast was good and the halls and the room was always clean the pool was fun through out the summer

I was there for a scrapbook retreat with 80 people. The hotel was absolutely disgusting and so dirty some in our group left to stay elsewhere. There was only one staff member at the front desk who cared to listen but couldn't do a thing about it. My room was filthy and even with daily "housekeeping" the room was gross. The bathtub wouldn't drain and really gross. See pictures below.

Our room was dirty - surfaces had visible layer of dust. Not much water came out of the showers and the hallways and room smelled like cigarette smoke, despite no smoking signs. I attached a picture of the dust on the bedside light.

Worst Best Western I have ever been in, with the breakfast being on average and staff non-responsive to guests and everything out of order and all they said was sorry. If I wasn't with a disabled person I would have left for better hotel, what a bad taste for both of us for usually a great motel chain, take the Best Western name off this motel very embarrassing for corporate image. Here is a list of things that didn't not work the entire stay, no pool, phones in room not working, alarm clock and coffee in room not working cause plug ins do not work. Elevator out by 1st floor ice machine, staff is worst that I have ever been at a Best Western. Beware of them doing renovation work and not telling you up front, because nothing works, breakfast was okay at best
