Best Western Auburndale Inn Suites

Friendly staff and breakfast was adequate. The sofa bed was broken and the cot they brought was awful. Their was 0 padding left in the mattress. Room and bedding clean, but some ants in the bathroom and shower didn't get very hot.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Pool was great. Super Flea Market within walking distance. Chilis restaurant across the road. Main road a bit noisy but slept just fine

The price. The rooms cannot be rented directly from the hotel because ******* had blocked the rooms and then overcharges excessively. So, the hotel is priced by ******* making the hotel look much better than it is. The hotel looks very expensive for the facilities provided because of the excessive charges of *******. The real price charged by the hotel reflect better the quality of the hotel.

Property and main lobby very nice But once i got into my room found a bug on the wall Smells musty in the toom AC vents had rust Tv remote didnt work properly Room service didnt even take care of my room I had to ask for new towels and a blanket

Been here a few times now. Always a great place to stay when we are in area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free breakfast is also provided and ok.

The bathroom door won’t close as someone installed in the wrong way. Also the smell at the lobby and especially in the room is really bad, almost the same smell but in the room is worse. Those carpet have an old, full of dirt smell and I could even smell urine so it wasn’t fun. Also, you need to ring the little bell every time for someone to come and assist you as there is never anyone at the check in.

Woke up to a few tiny little roaches on nightstand. With feces dropping on nightstand. Overall room seemed clean but then I was of course itchy and slept with lights on… Staff lovely, spray for critters!!!
