Nice location. Nice service. Very clean. Enough amenities.

Would have been excellent except for lobby construction. This required the pool and spa to be closed for a whole day. This was disappointing but rest of stay was good. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was in bad shape... we were moved to a different room, but plumbing wasn't working... when asked if we would be okay with yet another room we just refused and asked to be reimbursed. Can't just keep moving us around until we find a clean room for you. GO LOOK FOR YOURSELVES! Still haven't heard back on the reimbursement. We will not be darkening their doorway anytime soon.

Have stayed here many times before (to and from Minnesota to the Indy 500, also to and from Florida vacations). We had trouble closing the door - doesn't seem to latch properly. Also, the lobby and public areas have been blaring very loud rather annoying music all afternoon and into the evening. I don't object to what sounds like Christain/pop . . . it's just loud and very bothersome. The lobby is almost unusable because of it.

Various rooms are currently under renovation so there's noise during the day, though it stopped at a reasonable hour during our stay. However this does leave the hallway a little messy. Breakfast was nicer than expected and my kids really enjoyed it. Our room looked newly renovated. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The one critique I have for the actual room was the lighting. It was VERY dim. The bathroom and sink area had lights, but there were only a couple lamps right by the bed. They weren't very bright and the other corners of the room were pretty dark as a result. The front desk staff was very helpful. I called ahead with a question and they were very friendly. Check-in was easy and the lady at the desk was personable. I would stay here again if I needed a simple overnight. We got the room last minute since the winter storm trapped us in the area. For the price it was definitely worth it.

Front desk staff member Cassy was so informative of the area and had lots of tips and tricks. We had 2 toddlers and they loved the indoor pool, view of the creek and we always found a breakfast food they would eat. The Chula Vista water park was so much fun. We will be back!

They were doing remodeling, which I understand but u should not book rooms right next to it. Lucky we were to bed early and up by 8 as they were pounding and all sorts in the rooms next to us. All the furniture was in the hallway in the morning- Would have been nice to be a few rooms away or different floor. But staff was very pleasant, pool area nice and breakfast….

We only stayed one night but have no complaints. Our room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Building was clean and staff freindly. The breakfast was very good.

Great stay with a lot of amenities and a great value! We had some issues with our room that staff were quick to resolve. Very friendly and helpful staff.
