スタッズホテル ウールデン(Van Rossum Stadshotel Woerden)

This is a really cool conversion of an old arsenal, and the building has retained a lot of its charm and character. Room 5 is large and quite nice and okay as long as you are traveling alone or with someone you are close to because you can see straight into the shower from the room. There is no curtain or door. The coffee pot in the room was useful. A fridge would have been nice. Breakfast was also really good. The staff member who checked me out looked at my parking ticket and let me know that parking in the garage across the street would cost less if I paid at the garage rather than using the hotel's discount. It was only 5.50 EUR for approx 16 hours. The stairs/elevator in the middle of the garage are the closest to the hotel entrance. If you take the elevator in the garage by the diorama you will come out on the square about half a block from the restaurant entrance.

Good location. Nice history of the building - beautifully preserved. Beautiful surroundings taking the towns history into consideration. Friendly and helpful employees. Close to the market square. Lots of small bars and eateries around the hotel. Hotel's catering is good. Clean and value for money. Central - easy to reach other amenities and towns from Woerden. Will definitely revisit!!!

Fantastic place, great hotel in a cosy little town. Nice food! Very slow service in the restaurant. Slow wifi in the room and , the bathroom could have had more light and a better hair dryer. The House itself was very charming and The architecture was great.

Super friendly and attentive staff, lovely breakfast and dinner and comfortable room. Lovely hotel in a quiet area, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

For work, I was allowed to stay in this beautiful hotel for a week. Very nice location, beautifully decorated rooms, super friendly staff, dinner and breakfast were also superb. This time for work but definitely planning to book soon with my wife to stay for a nice weekend.

I have been going here since its opening, and all I can say is that it is my home away from home. The staff is very friendly, and the accommodations are incredible. The food and the ambiance are above all. If you haven't stayed in this place, you are missing out!

Van Rossum Stadshotel feels like home away from home. Amazing feeling staff are so friendly and helpful. Always willing to have a chat and help out. I was on a Business trip but always happy to go back to the Stads which I have been doing for several years.

A pleasnt mid size hotel with plenty of character. This authentic Dutch building has character and has a pleasant feel about it. The room I had was verybtradional, a mix of old and modern style. Low beams in the ceilings are a feature, but watch your head. The lighting was a bit dim but it felt cosy if you don't need a lot of light. The breakfast was a pleasant experience with plenty of healthy choices. Good coffee and great bread.

We loved everything about our stay. The people at reception were lovely and helpful. The room was very unique and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, Woerden was my favourite place in the Netherlands.
