Woking West (A324)

Our room was not ready . I was traveling from Devon with my mother in law 82 my daughter 10 and my wife. The check in time 3pm the room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm and then we were told they would not know when the room is going to be ready so we went out to get tea upon our return back to the premier in the room was still not ready now 5pm. So we had to go and get something to eat when we got back at 7.45pm then the room was ready for us. The women at the reception were very angry and rude. Never in my life will I stay here. The next day my wife had to drop me of to Gatwick at 6am . When she went back she was told that there would be no compensation or free breakfast. We were told the breakfast is open by 10.30am the breakfast was all gone....terrible experience

Excellent stay from start to finish all the staff were so kind and friendly and especially Jo nothing was too much h trouble for her, such a lovely kind lady one of the best receptionists we have ever encountered on our travelling adventures!

Bed nice, room good. The bathroom soap dispenser need changing. No milk for the room early evening, none at front desk, no one to ask. Sad the Restaurant, and Bar has closed- open to guests of the Hotel, for limited opening hours and food. My meal was nice, but no longer any atmosphere, and I cannot fathom why they have done this, restaurant seems doomed.

The reception staff was very friendly and room was what we expected, but we paid for a pre ordered breakfast which was such a massive disappointment as we had a full day planned but waited over an hour after we got seated for our breakfast, when it finally arrived the sausages were very pale, mushrooms almost raw and the beans hadn't been heated at all. We asked for a refund as we couldn't wait any longer and a week later we still haven't received the refund

Every thing tip top, warm friendly welcome at reception, lovely room and shower area. Hotel set in residential area, so quite. We had dinner on site and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and the price, and it was well used. Breakfast was table service and cooked to order with a very pleasant server Good location for Woking, Guildford and surrounding areas. Very enjoyable stay, we would use again without a second thought.

Just spent the last 6 weeks working in Woking and have been staying at bridge barn lane and eating at the restaurant where Rochell, Rani &Katie have served most every night friendly helpful and good food, breakfasts as well! Great stay thanks everyone
