Driving eastward, we chose this hotel based on its first 3 reviews, all excellent, but knowing that a few reviews might not mean much. As it turned out, those reviews were spot on. Walking into the hotel, we were immediately welcomed by the general manager, Prem, who treated us like we were VIPs during our stay (but we are not). Indeed, all staff were warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely concerned about the guest experience. The hotel is relatively new (opened in July 2025) and was very clean, quiet, conveniently located, and the rooms were very comfortable. There is a bar adjacent to the lobby that serves beer, wine, mixed drinks, and food (adequate for light meals), with friendly service and reasonable prices. On our return trip westward, we drove out of our way just to stay here again, and the staff, who remembered us, were just as kind and the stay just as pleasant as during our first visit. In short, this is an excellent Home2 Suites where the staff cares about the guests and takes pride in their hotel and their work.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Woodstock, ON. From the moment we checked in, the stay was excellent, largely due to the great amenities and service. Our room was fantastic - spacious, incredibly clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We had no issues with noise, which made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight of our trip. It was pristine, and had plenty of clean towels and comfortable loungers available. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a 10/10! It offered a wide variety of delicious options, including hot items, fresh fruit, and great coffee. Overall, we do recommend this hotel - its value for money. It was a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience, and we will certainly be back!

Our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Woodstock was such a sweet surprise while visiting family in town. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel less like guests and more like family — everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and kind, even the housekeeping team. The hotel is also spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were actually lucky enough to be there on the day they opened their lobby bar! It felt like a little celebration. We tried the lettuce chicken wrap and the dumplings with their tipsy cocktail — honestly a must-try. The location is also perfect — very convenient, 1KM from 401 and close to the heart of Woodstock with parks, museums, restaurants just a walking distance, Walmart and NoFrills just the other side of the road and coffee shops just a short drive away. This place truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re visiting Woodstock, this is definitely a sweet spot to stay. 10/10 experience! ✨
