hotel is clean and spacious for 2, location is good, bout 10 mins to mrt walk! breakfast was good! and checkin was smooth. overall it's superrrrr worth it! with the supper and breakfast included

Nice cosy hotel near to walking street. Easy to catch taxi or Didi location.

Front desk staff (Callie, Jessi) with excellent service. The hotel has a beautiful environment. The hotel is also very well equipped and the room is very clean. I like this hotel very much and will stay next time I come to Wuhan

Don't be misleaded by the ifc as is not what you think. The hotel has all what you need except the water need lots of time to be heated up which is a minus for me. I would say is worth the $ you paid and the breakfast is good

🌸 Best hotel ever in Wuhan offering unparalleled service. Our hotel room was upgraded & we were accorded complimentary breakfast. Late check out was allowed due to our late night ✈️ . A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by "xiao du". Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

Beautiful hotel. The pictures are accurate. Breakfast was good- just enough. Next door is a McDonald’s and there are malls within walking distance. The room was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat and things to do. Very accommodating. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

The environment and location are good. The front desk staff of Lucy and Elvin are very helpful and especially helped us to bring our heavy and big suitcases to their main entrance for taxi to airport because there are so many stair steps which are not user friendly for our elders to walk up and down with heavy suitcases. Also we would like to thank for one lady she (陳四妹) works in the restaurant where provided for breakfast. She is so helpful and kindness to us during our breakfast time since we could not speak well Mandarin but she is willing to help us on the food.

Very impressed by the services of the friendly hotel staff in general n the manager 象牙 in particular who went on to extra mile helping us two couples upon checking out to get airport taxi with 6 big luggages.. He personally instructed the taxi driver to take good care of us 4 seniors. Will stay here again.
