夏休みに子供と旅行するのにとても良いホテルでした。ベイマックスさんのサービスは素晴らしく、レストランからの眺めも最高で、高層階でした。ロビーには無料のジュースもあり、とても満足のいく休暇を過ごせました。唯一残念だったのは、夏休みの武漢は暑すぎたことです！

交通の便が良く、黄鶴楼、辛亥革命記念館、武漢長江大橋に近く、眺めも素晴らしいです。サービスも丁寧で心温まるものでした。最高の滞在体験でした！

このホテルは、紅楼と黄鶴楼の景勝地から徒歩10～15分圏内に位置していました。ホテルのすぐ隣にはショッピングモールもありました。ホテルのレストランは最上階にあり、朝食を楽しみながら夕食をとると、長江の景色を一望できました。このホテルは、この地域でも屈指のホテルと言えるでしょう。

この5つ星ホテルでの滞在は最高でした！部屋は広々として上品で、寝具も快適、清潔感も抜群でした。フロントデスクとハウスキーピングのスタッフはプロフェッショナルでフレンドリー、対応も迅速でした。朝食は美味しく種類も豊富で、設備も充実していました。まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげました。次回も必ずこのホテルを選びますし、強くお勧めします。エレナチームの皆様、そしてホテルスタッフの皆様の温かいおもてなしに心から感謝いたします！

ダブルルームを予約しました。最高のサービス、最高の部屋、最高のハウスキーピング、Clearaさんは親切でフレンドリー、サテを楽しみました。次回も楽しみにしています。

素晴らしい滞在でした！閑散期だったため、部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。ホテルからの眺めも最高で、川と黄色い鶴の塔が見えます。

The service staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of Yellow Crane Tower, in a great location with amazing views, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience!

Nice hotel. Good location. Metro is near. U can also just walk to see the streets and reach Yellow Crane Tower. Views from room's window are nice (of course, depends on location of room). Room is also very good, clean, and always refreshed every morning. Gym is not for powerlifting, but for travelers it could be enough just to support current condition. Breakfast is good and there is good views from restaurant's windows. Even if u cannot see beautiful views from ur room's window, u can just be satisified by looking from restaurant's or gym's windows. Attached photos are made by me from my room (during day and night). I was in Wuhan in March 20-29.

5 mins walk to Fuxing metro station, 2 metro stops to popular tourist spots like Yellow Crane Tower. Alternatively, easy to hire Didi cars or taxis (opposite hotel is the large Renmin Hospital). Lobby on ground floor, guestrooms start from 20th floor. Room is new, clean and spacious but no bidet. Bed is very comfortable. Nice view of Yangtze River. Adjoining small mall has Tim Horton, KFC, Starbucks and a supermarket (hotel itself has no restaurants). A few small local eateries on way to Fuxing metro station. Breakfast (good) on 35th floor, can get crowded around 8.30-9.30 am. Decent gym and laundry with washers and dryers on 34th floor are free to use.

Not really close to the Yellow Crane Tower (1 subway stop away), and for a four star hotel, a swimming pool or an outdoor patio area would be nice. The mall attached to the hotel was nice and had plenty of food options. On site self-service laundry would be nice.

Excellent hotel in every way. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and had great views of the Yangtze.. Special shout out to Tina and Yu Fei who changed our room very early in the morning when one of us fell ill.

Location was very easy , environment was very nice , stuff behaviour was so good and very friendly I will recommend to my all friends . In Wuhan this is the best hotel within 4 start hotels for sure .
