フロントデスクのスタッフはとても熱心で、チェックアウト後の請求書作成を手伝ってくれました。特にXiao XiongとXiao Zhangは、ホテルのハンドクリームが非常に便利だったので、すぐにスタッフを手配してくれました。とても良かったです。

これは素晴らしいホテルです。非常にリーズナブルな料金で、非常に質の高い宿泊施設を提供しています。私の予約には無料のディナー ビュッフェが付いてくるはずだったのに、受付のスタッフがそのことを言わず、バウチャーも何もくれなかったので、少しイライラしました。とはいえ、部屋は特に料金の割に素晴らしかったので、また泊まりたいです。朝食ビュッフェは地元の食材が中心で、ベジタリアンの私にはほとんど食べられませんでした。それでも、武漢では、おそらく部屋がもっとひどい別の 5 つ星ホテルに 2 倍か 3 倍の料金を払うより、ここに泊まるほうがいいと思います。

The hotel is only steps to metro. Its very clean with good services. it's close to local eating areas and shoppings. We will come again next time.

Pros: Central location within Wuhan, close to Metro stop, Decent swimming pool Cons: Not much going on (food or entertainment) within a 5-minute walk, swimming pool is across a walkway outside so you need to leave the building to access it, Chinese brand hotel so no AC in October due to govt energy regulations (it was like 80-82 degrees in my room during the day every day). If I had to visit Wuhan again for fun, I would stay somewhere closer to a commercial street like near Hubu Alley with lots of food options. I didn't discover this till the end of my stay, but there's a lot of food options underground in the Metro station near the B exit. Otherwise, you need to walk a few blocks if you want some simple meals for a single person (as opposed to a family style restaurant).

Room was extremely good and well furnished. Everything is perfectly working. All the gadgets are good .Highly recommended

The property has a good location, in the centre of district with all amenities around. Staff are nice and helpful, breakfast buffet is good enough for my picky boys.

My favourite hotel in China! Spacious room and has everything you might need. Very near the metro. Not sure if it was just me but we faced issues with our booking. They had some difficulty finding our booking but somehow later found it.

第一次入住此酒店，一進酒店就感受到了濃厚的文化底藴，辦理入住大堂張經理接待的我，房間安排的非常滿意！有求必應，有問必答，沒有什麼是他不知道的，從他身上我能感受到極強的專業素養，點贊👍，退房時可惜他不在，下次來武漢我還會選擇洪山賓館！

酒店給升級了經典房，還送了艾灸貼，退房也有小小伴手禮，雖然衹是曲奇，心意很温暖呀！前台小雅妹妹很nice！ 用了兩晚團購券，價格打折服務滿分！經典雙床房的床品很舒服，衞生間超大，雙洗手枱的設計多從容就不用多説了 酒店地理位置不錯，在洪山廣場旁邊，下樓就是地鐵，到各個景點都超方便！
