Called in with visiting family for a drink . Staff were so helpful , we wanted a snack but only something small the waiter Tom , went out of his way to get us a cream tea to share , the scones were delicious with homemade jam that was absolutely gorgeous, we went and had a good look around at the abbey and chapel it’s amazing and so interesting and staff were so accommodating didn’t mind us wandering around everywhere.

I stayed one night for a corporate event. Really beautiful hotel, warm welcome by check in staff. My room was comfortable and the food was very good. The breakfast options were excellent and the private dining dinner we had was very nice, not huge amounts of food but tasty and filling.

Stanbrook Abbey provided us with a beautiful setting for our wedding. We were so pleased with our experience. The organisation, the staff and the food were all five star. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guests were more than impressed with our wedding day. Thanks to all the staff for making our day special

Having booked via **********, I was contacted some days before our trip by a member of Stanbrook Abbey staff to ensure our booking requirements. From the minute we arrived and met our friends, sitting outside on the terrace, we were looked after by bar staff. Also a member of the reception team came to let us know our rooms were available, earlier than expected and we had been upgraded too.

I have just organised a three evening stay and event at STANBROOK ABBEY Hotel for the Rolls Royce Enthusiast Club for group of 92 members . This is the third year of organising such an event at Stanbrook and the reason we keep coming back is simply that the hotel is outstanding in every respect. The hotel itself is so full of historic character. The rooms are excellent. the staff are unbeleivably helpful, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The food Is exceptional . The relaxing ambience makes you feel you are amongst friends in a very large house and not in some nondescript hotel. I cannot fault the hotel in any way and as an event organiser of some 25 years experience that speaks volumes.

This is a fantastic hotel, we go every year for the Malvern show. The whole experience is wonderful, the history of the place, the wonderful staff and amazing food. Nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and the Abbey are beautiful it’s a really lovely area.

Fantastic week, hosted brilliantly by Amelia and Caitlyn Lane and Leon. Customer service is second to none and I would recommend all for promotion. They were friendly, great and would recommend a stay based on their presence. Would come again. Sam
