サービスは最高でした！ホテルはとても快適でした！朝食もおいしかったです！強くお勧めします

ホテルはインダストリアルスタイルで、すべてがシンプルです。ロビーは2階にあり、朝食はとても簡素で、掛けられるものは全て部屋に掛けてありますが、ベッドが掛けられるのであれば、壁にも掛けてもらえると思います。唯一の利点は、地下鉄の駅がすぐ外にあり、兵馬俑への直通電車がドアの外にあるという戦略的なロケーションです。

設備は比較的シンプルで、すべて壁に掛けられるため、スペースを節約できます。 フロントデスクは熱心で、ウェイターは大丈夫です。 2 泊滞在して、バーを選択するのは 1 回だけです。送られてきたカクテルは調整が下手すぎて、何の面白みもないというか、ジュースも雑だった。朝食は2日間同じで、味は平均的です。薄いものは貧弱で、パサパサのものは平凡で、調理と揚げを行うシェフは1人だけで忙しく、食べ物は本当にお世辞ではありません。 マリオットもブランドで、700元以上でダイヤモンドが5つ付いています。改善して人的コストを投入すべきだと思われます。 逸社コミュニティでは、出入りするときに秦強オペラを聴いたり、散策したり、軽食を食べたりすることができます。食べたり、住んだり、楽しんだりするために遠くに行く必要はありません。まだかなり良いです。

外出時に一番気になるのは部屋の清潔さです。朝食は少し量が少ないですが十分です。フロントの対応がとても良いです。マリオット傘下のファッションブランドと言われています。一番良かったです。嬉しいのは自分で洗濯ができることです。シーメンスの洗濯乾燥セットは連泊にも最適です。時計台や地下鉄の入り口のすぐそばという立地も良く、どこに行くにも便利です。

ホテルはとても新しく、部屋はまあまあで、朝食の種類もあまり多くありません。ただ、悪い評価の理由は、部屋の防音性が低いためです。隣の部屋の騒音が3時からかなりうるさかったです。朝から朝の5時までです。フロントに報告しても無駄でした。一晩中眠れませんでした。寝ています。理由は、私たち全員がゲストだからです。ご理解ください。」

部屋は非常に狭く、基本的な設備は良くありません。カクテルはありません。予約することはお勧めしません。改装されたエクスプレスホテルです。

MOXY hotel in the center of Xi’an is amazing. The staff is very nice and trying to help with any issue. I can fully recommend to stay there as well with children.

Nice new hotel near Bell Tower. Comfy room. Morning staff was nice to help me book attraction tix and call for taxi.

We love the vibes of the hotel and how it is conveniently located to many of popular eateries and food street. The metro exit is just outside the hotel which makes travelling really easy as well. We did not manage to try out all the facilities but what stood out was the VR game and the karaoke kiosk. They also have some games in the lobby to help kill your time. Would also like to commend May and Lemon for their kind help and service when checking us in. The concierge was also friendly and helpful though not fluent in English. Space wise in the hotel was also comfortable and they even have a air purifier in our room. Another bonus point was that they have the Chinese traditional costume kiosk and photographer for just 499 RMB which is super convenient because you can just have your makeup done and return it the next day right at the lobby.

Pretty friendly staff, clean, altho the last day I saw a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom floor, it was pretty clean the entire room, not sure where did the baby cockroach come from.

This is a real gem in the area. Service was really good with robot delivering bottled water to my room. KTV was one of the surprises, too! Customer service was excellent especially 梅明星, two ladies who offered me warm birthday wishes and the other gentleman at the front desk who helped me book a massage. The location is very close to metro with popular restaurants nearby. All these have made my first Xian trip an unforgettable experience.

This facility is outstanding. Central location helps access many of the points of interest. Location is very close (3-5 minute walk) to line 2 or 6 access portals for subway. They do a great job at breakfast so be sure to take part in that. Welcome drink in the evening is a nice touch. Rooms are immaculate and very modern and clean. Laundry facility is located near lobby. We would highly recommend this facility. It’s also a part of the Marriott family of hotels so be sure to include your Bonvoy number for credit.
