アモイに到着するのが比較的早く、部屋の掃除がまだ終わっていなかったので、急いで旅行しなければならなかったので、お店は私たち一人一人にボトル入りの水を手配してくれました。ホテルに戻るとすぐにチェックインしました。 、とても便利でした。 部屋はとても清潔で整頓されており、特にバスルームは乾湿分離されているので全く邪魔になりません。

フロントの接客態度が悪すぎ、無関心で、これは許容範囲ですが、部屋のカーペットが汚すぎ、細菌が多すぎます。とにかく、ここに滞在することはお勧めしません。また、駐車するにはナンバープレートの番号を入力する必要があるため、出かけるたびに長い時間待たなければなりません。

地下鉄駅のすぐそばにあるので、立地は良いです。私が泊まった部屋は清潔で、ホテルには必要な基本的なアメニティが揃っていました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。朝食は選択肢が限られており、毎日ほぼ同じです。全体的に、基本的なホテルの部屋を探しているなら、このホテルを選ぶことができます。

Room very nice, clean comfy with superior quality furnishings (though a nicer carpeting would be better). Location convenient, hotel literally at metro entrance. Woman at breakfast room & cleaning staff were friendly & hard working. One issue that bothered me was the strong cigarette smell that persisted throughout my entire stay, though this was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.

Very convenient locations close to many local foods and the metro station no.2 gate is in front of the hotel lobby. The staff very efficient and helpful. Will come back to stay next trip in November. Thabksto all the staff at reception and chambermaids. CBLim Singapore

Several issues occurred during my stay that I feel could’ve been easily resolved had their housekeeping team been more vigilant. For example, the cold water didnt work from the bathroom faucet, no toilet paper, hairdryer was broken, and window couldn’t close fully. These were resolved eventually by the staff, but took multiple requests to get them to fix one thing. Almost like I made a request and they immediately forgot. At least the property is right next to a subway station. That’s its saving grace.

* I stay in January, all is good except the noise during the day as they are renovating some of their rooms i guess
