部屋はとても良いです。場所は歩行者専用道路に非常に近いです。1.8メートルの大きなベッドが2つあるので、4人で泊まっても混雑しません。欠点は部屋に鏡が1つしかないことです。

アモイに来る前にいくつかのホテルをチェックしましたが、このB&Bに泊まったことを後悔しませんでした。オーナーは親切で、チェックインの前夜にB&Bの場所に案内するように連絡してくれました。部屋は清潔で、よく眠れました。 3泊の滞在中、部屋の掃除が必要かどうかを尋ねましたが、ミネラルウォーターが提供され、サービス態度は中山歩行街の中で高いと考えられています。

ロケーションは戦略的で、有名な中山歩行街のすぐ後ろなので、有名なスポットや地下鉄も徒歩圏内で簡単に探索できます。スペースは少し隠れていますが、電話すれば必ず助けてくれます。とてもフレンドリーで親切なサービスで、良いアドバイスをくれますし、交通サービスの手配も手伝ってくれます。写真はタクシーを利用できる近くの場所です...

良い点: 困ったときにスタッフがすぐに対応してくれる B&Bの階下には中山路歩行街があり、買い物にとても便利です。 欠点: 階段には瓦礫が積まれている 浴室の天井に水の浸入の問題があり、そこにいくつかの植物が生えています バスルームにはドアがなく、カーテンが壊れています。 ベッドが柔らかすぎる プラグの半分が折れて曲がっています エレベーターに乗って上の階に行くには、地元のレストランを通過する必要があります。 窓の外にはホームがありプライバシーが低い ある朝、レストランへ出てみると、ドアが閉まっていて、辺りは真っ暗で、行くところがありませんでしたが、結局、自分でドアを開けて出なければなりませんでした。 最後に、最初はこの B&B の評価に騙されて、数日間滞在した後でも快適に過ごせなかったと感じました。そして、宿泊施設が人々に提供する最も重要な価値は快適さであるはずです。

We had very good experience with this accommodation. Before we arrived, The owner was very responsive, and cooperative. He addressed my concerns about non smoking rooms. He also sent suggestions of food and tourist places. We arrived at 1 am and 2 young staff were on hand to receive us and helped us with luggages. The bedroom and bedding were clean and fresh. Downstairs the minsu is a small eatery and we had breakfast here. There is Daily cleaning. The owner will fulfill any reasonable requests.The owner gave me ear plugs because I am a light sleeper. . Excellent location. Just adjacent to Zhongshan pedestrian street. Very easy to find food. You can get the taxi to stop at the intersection between zhenbang lu and shenping lu and then just walk 10 steps to the minsu. Highly recommended.

Owner is very responsive on WeChat. Provided visual guide to find their place. Very well located, 5 mins walk to Zhong San Street where the crowd is. Family rooms are big. Heater in the bathroom is strong and warm. The No.8 Seafood restaurant below is yummy, we ate twice there. There is a McDonald in the mall besides. No.8 Market is 8 mins walk away. No frills comfortable home stay. Highly recommended.

Location is good. Just on Xiamen Pedestrian Street. Cleanliness - Good Service - only through wechat and probably phone call too. Facilities - minimal Overall Experience - Good.

I had booked one house for 8 person but it turned out to be three bedrooms on the same floor with no fridge nor washing machine. Moreover, the amenities provided are **** except the toilet roll, but with no refill for four person for three days! We did not expect to clean up the whole room but only the washroom. However, hairs still found on the shower floor. Besides, we accidentally found the floor underneath the beds very dusty with many dropped tissues and stuff. Although the rooms are spacious, all the furnitures are with age. We surprisingly found our stuff like souvenir drinking bottle and our tooth pastes disappeared on the first night we returned. Location is good but will not stay again.

We stayed in this homestay for 6 nights. The receptionist is friendly and quick in responses. The only improvement feedback I would give is to complete the touch up on the wall. For the convenience around this location, and big family of 6 who need more beds and space, this homestay is really worth the money. It is 1 mins walk to the shopping belt around ZhongSan Road and eateries, and 10mins walk to the seafood market, 八市市場. Car rides to tourist attractions like park, botanical garden, 沙坡尾, coastal walk/route, ferry terminal to GuLangYu are between 15 to 25mins, which is consider near. And homestay branch we stayed, is above a small eatery, where we can settle our breakfast or have a quick meal. I would say it is a good choice we made.

The homestay is very big and clean. The location is very convenient. Near metro station and also lots of restaurants nearby. There is a convenience shop once you walk out from the homestay. The pedestrian street is nearby too. The owner is very nice. I will sure come back to stay when I am in Xiamen next trip.

480多的房間無窗户，第二天晚上我們住的便宜點還有窗户。名宿不是特別好找，需要有人來接才能找到。住樓下哪個房間的人一晚都沒有睡好。他們頭頂是樓梯，就是圖片哪個位置，半夜都能聽到人走樓梯的聲音。不習慣給差評，知道做生意也不容易。但是確實沒有休息好。

房間空間不錯，我們定的家庭房，有兩個房間，兩大兩小出行，空間夠用，床也很舒服，民宿的老闆很好，看我們兩個女生帶娃，主動幫提行李，小朋友玩了沙回去，床單半夜讓換，也立馬安排了人過來，民宿位置也特別好，去地鐵站，主要景點都很近，樓下就有很多好吃的，性價比王者
