ロケーションとても良かったです。

中国の春節期間中に愛犬と一緒に厦門を訪れ、沖合にある台湾の金門島へ日帰り旅行をしました。 このホテルは実際にはマンションで、複数の管理会社が様々な階の部屋を貸し出していました。建物全体がひどく荒廃していました。 最初、フロントデスクは6階の部屋を案内しようとしましたが、まるでホラー映画のワンシーンのような部屋でした。床や壁にはシミがあり、至る所に土埃やゴミが散乱していました。予約した部屋と同じ部屋か尋ねると、別の女性スタッフが廊下にある、少なくとも清潔で改装済みの9階に案内してくれました。部屋はまあまあで、ベッドも快適でしたが、マットレスの上にシーツを敷き詰め、間に最低限のパッドも挟まないホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。幸いにもトコジラミはいませんでした。 部屋の電球は8個のうち3個しか点灯していなかったため、とても暗かったです。ヒーターは一日中最大出力で稼働させても部屋は暖まりませんでした。 すべてが古くて薄汚かった…写真とは全く違っていた。 初日はテレビもインターネットも使えず、修理をお願いするまで困っていた。 全体的に見て、メンテナンスは問題ない。でも、少なくともフロントの女性は親切で助かった。 部屋の唯一の救いは景色だった…ただ、窓がひどく汚れていて、ほとんど見えなかった。

部屋はとても汚れていて、シンクには髪の毛が落ちていました。時々、バスルームの排気音が異常に聞こえました。床のゴミは掃除されていませんでした。部屋から油煙が出ていました。臭いは他の部屋で調理したときの煙のせいかもしれませんが、サービスは良好で、その他の事項にもタイムリーに対処されます。

The location is convenient if you need to be near the airport, and we did get a decent night’s sleep. The bed was actually two single beds pushed together, but with a good mattress topper, so it was comfortable enough. The room itself was clean, although parts of it clearly still need upgrading — it feels partially renovated rather than fully finished. The hotel is in a building that seems to have been originally planned as a large apartment complex with shops and a food court below, which was never completed (you can still see signs on the walls). It’s currently being upgraded, with loose wires in the elevator hall that felt unsafe, especially for families with young children. Parking is underground in this unfinished area and the entrance is hard to find at first; there are signs, but mostly in Chinese, which could be confusing for non-Chinese speakers. We had issues with hot water — it ran out in the evening for my wife and again in the morning for myself . Unfortunately, the response from staff was very poor. There was only one staff member on duty (during Chinese New Year, which is understandable), but that doesn’t change the fact that guests were not properly looked after. He was also reluctant and visibly annoyed when we asked to see the room before checking in. The air conditioning was awkward to use: the thermostat was mounted on the ceiling, and since the remote didn’t work, we had to stand on a chair to adjust the temperature. Toiletries were basic, with large shared bottles rather than single-use items, and the shampoo came out lumpy, which wasn’t very reassuring. On the positive side, the hotel is pet-friendly and our dog was welcome with no issues at all. There’s also a very nice lake view, which was genuinely pleasant, and a McDonald’s directly across the road, making breakfast easy. Overall, if the price is low, it’s acceptable for a short stay, solo travellers, or a group of friends. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or families looking for comfort, safety, or attentive service.

房間不錯，很乾凈，外面景色不錯睡覺也很安靜。出了門就是國際遊艇會，玩遊艇很方便，但是距離曾厝垵就比較遠了。設施設計有點不合理，一側無法充電，衞生間馬桶離牆特別近，實際另一側非常空。 酒店服務很不錯，很親切。

出差途經廈門，休息一晚上，距離機場比較近，就在明發廣場附近，門臉不是很大不太好找 設施：酒店正在翻新裝修，設施都還比較新 衞生：乾淨衞生，能夠滿足出差要求 環境：冬季周邊比較蕭條，過了馬路就是海 服務：服務態度不錯

來到廈門一次超級好的體驗， 整個大落地窗，日出日落在房間就可見， 老闆人也很人情 推薦 💗

這家酒店體驗感超好！房間特別舒適，佈置温馨，床品柔軟，住起來超放鬆。服務也非常周到，工作人員熱情又貼心。而且酒店的環境很棒，周邊安靜整潔，內部設施齊全。之後來我還住這兒！
