Very happy with my stay here. The hotel is new and clean, room was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is 15mins away from the airport which makes it convenient to catch flights.

Our family had a good time there. Good service and good food too. A kids friendly place to be.

Really enjoyed my stay. Very clean hotel. Interesting robots that look like R2D2 delivering food for some guests. 15mins by taxi from the airport. 15mins by taxi to a 24 hour covid testing hospital in case you need a test to travel. Close to the MTR/Metro. Walking distance to a snack area with awesome local food and KFC etc. Cheap beers in the little shop next to the hotel. Best of all was the service. The staff helped me to book taxis, to get the Chinese address of places I needed to go and very importantly let me print off some documents for free using the printer at reception. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

國慶來廈門玩，因為火車從廈門北站來的，就想選擇了北邊的城市。比較了幾個以後選擇了麗楓，一是因為交通方便，二是希望房間大一點，看圖片上的行政大床房很符合我要求。實際入住以後體驗很不錯，房間寬敞，出入也都很便捷，工作人員也很熱情。走的時候不小心忘了太陽鏡，也及時幫我寄回了，點個贊👍🏻

一開始我們訂了四天三晚，最後一天正巧碰上上海台風，所以又延住了一晚。 優點：我們是來廈門看李宗盛演唱會的，這家麗楓酒店離五緣灣地鐵站很近，3號線去奧林匹克體育中心衹有一站。酒店大堂和打掃的工作人員都很熱情；送餐機器人蠻好的，外賣會直接送到房間。 缺點：硬件設施麼差了點，空調出風口正對床用了擋風板，但是擋風板滿是灰，地毯也有污漬，牀頭櫃的桌面上也有香煙燙過的痕跡；早餐麼很一般般，絕對沒有有些評論説的很豐富，西點那一塊基本都是不會願意吃的質量，連吐司加黃油/果醬都沒有，牛奶是奶粉沖的，酸奶味道怪怪的，muesli一點都不脆了，中式點心連肉包都沒有。

淋浴間沒有冷水，衹有熱水，打電話過去前台問，説什麼水泵有問題正在修，要等20分鐘到半個小時，我也等了，確實等不下去了，再打電話過去，然後才跟我説可以換房間，其他樓層已經有水了。然後到了其他樓層的房間，一樣衹有熱水，冷水的流量非常非常少，衹能硬着頭皮洗了個超級熱的熱水澡，嚴重影響了休息和明天一大早的工作。我本來也很懶，不願意去寫評價的，但是這個體驗真的是太差了，我都忍不住當時馬上向攜程平台投訴這個酒店了。更換的新房間枕頭上面還有一根頭髮，衞生也是差。反正這次的入住體驗非常差！
