The apartment is a loft, it's very spacious and super clean. It is conveniently located. The landlord is very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom heater is very modern and the fridge is large, it's really great in summer as you can keep your drinks and food cool. It's very quiet at night, we will definitely book in there again. The beach is only about 300m from the apartment and the beach is beautiful, lovely environment, recommend it for families

excellent view and location, host response is speedy and friendly, very good value for money, Highly recommended, rare find for a foreigner, vy good windy and long beach, ideal retirement home, rows of food shops and mini mall 5 min walk away 5min to BRT express bus, you couldn't ask for more, will be back

The room is very clean, the sea view is very beautiful. Can see the stadium and airport from the room. There is no corporate lobby here. But it's not a problem. There is no room key or key card. Just contact the company provider and request a code to enter the room. This time I came to visit a friend. My friend helped me contact the hotel. I don't know how difficult it would be if I contacted myself. When checking out, just keep your luggages, close the room and come out. My friend said he would clear it for me, so I don't know the actual check-out process. So what kind is it? But overall, it's very good.

The room is beautiful and clean aesthetic minimalist type. The owner is accommodating. Nice view and there’s a lot of stores outside.

Pros: Very good space, 2 or more king sized could easily fit a family of 4. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. Friendly landlord. Good view of the bay. Proximity to seaside (10mins walk), with a medium sized supermarket at the nearby "mall" (4-5mins walk). Very near to BRT station (2 mins walk) which could bring one into Xiamen island (do avoid the morning and evening peak hours at all cost). Cons: One of the 3 rooms (which was supposedly prohibited as stated in the listing) smelt badly of third hand smoke from the previous tenant. Could improve with added basic amenities such as dishwashing and liquid hand soap. One of the rooms projector was not working. Foreigners to China must be able to call the Chinese mobile number on the booking reference to be able to 'check-in' -- there is no front desk service.

不好找到這棟樓，建議想住可以選飯店 另外浴室門關不起來，反應之後也不回應這件事情 覺得浴室門整個都沒辦法關起來，還拿出來出租真的是很糟糕，客服回應態度也不是很好，入住登記表就說晚一點會填寫，一直打電話來真的有夠煩， 如果你看到我的評論建議可以直接換一家，不要被這家評論騙了。

跟網站上的照片完全符合，ＣＰ值破表，房間也很乾淨，屬社區型大樓，進出都是臉孔辨視，很方便 大門口有很多小吃攤，旁邊200公尺就是陽光小鎮，就像小夜市一樣，也有麥當勞、星巴克、便利商店，很方便 投影機白天實在看不清楚，要很黑暗才能看清楚 很棒的體驗，下次有機會一定會再來入住 建議房東可以作個照片指南，不然真的會跑錯棟，如果不是問路人，我們真的找不到地址

這個價錢真的沒什麼好挑剔的 內裝跟照片一樣漂亮，晚上也沒想像中吵鬧 買吃喝都很方便

地理位置在島外 與集美大橋一橋之隔 機場坐公交四站 廈門北站也就十幾分鍾 樓下是陽光小鎮 彩虹沙灘 樓下晚上會有很多小吃 陽光小鎮商場裏面也有吃的 外面還有一排夜市燒烤 海鮮大排檔 吃的蠻多的 房間也乾淨衞生 洗衣機 冰箱 都很齊全 熱水器是儲水式熱水器 環境很好的 老闆也熱情 性價比很高 給後面做個參考 點贊👍

在廈門的海邊，環境很不錯，值得前往 樓下有很多小吃,附近還有商場,有環海邊的旅遊步道,值得推薦,吃完飯去海邊逛一逛也挺好的。
