Excellent location in the midst of many eateries and walking distance to many tourist hotspots. Great sea view from the room. There is a roof top lounge with 360 degree view of the area.

The 6-hour journey from Shanghai to Xiapu was truly worth it, thanks to the beautiful sunset views — both from inside and outside the room. Special thanks to the accommodation staff for the complimentary room upgrade (I originally booked a mountain-view room and was upgraded to a sea-view room). My mother and I were extremely happy and impressed by the excellent and friendly service. The staff even helped carry my suitcase all the way to our room and explained in great detail how to use the lights and the heater. I highly recommend this accommodation for your trip to Xiapu The accommodation is very affordable and includes breakfast for two. We also received complimentary fruits (bananas, oranges, cherry tomatoes) and cookies. This is by far the best value-for-money accommodation I have ever stayed at. When I checked out very early in the morning, one of the kitchen staff kindly prepared and brought me breakfast. I was incredibly happy because I hadn’t eaten yet that morning and was very hungry, as all the food and drinks I had packed in my suitcase were already gone. Thank you so much to all the staff for your kindness. I will never forget it.

The guesthouse is lovely with excellent facilities and stunning views. There are many good communal spaces, including a viewing deck with both outdoor and cosy indoor areas. The room is spacious, clean and they give good snacks. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location to see sunset is superb. Miss Chi at reception offers wonderful service, making arrangements for us and charter vehicle to see Xiapu and surroundings. In addition; gives us room upgrade without added charge. The seafood noodle stop served at breakfast is delicious. The lounge on 7th floor offers panoramic view of the bay.

Very good experience, breakfast was amazing and different menu everyday! Service was good, gave us a goodie bag when we left. Room is clean and homely facilities with nice view. Highly recommend .

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was delicious as well. The interior is beautifully decorated. From the top floor, the view is great.
