ホテルビッグサー(Hotel Big Sur)

Optisch gepflegtes Hotel. Technisch alles bestens. Frühstück leider sehr minimalistisch und nicht lecker. Von Eierspeisen nur kalte (!) Rühreier, die auf Anforderung im Warmwasserbad aufgewärmt werden.Sehr hellhöriges Hotel wird häufig von den Reisegruppen gebucht. Unsere Nächte waren schlaflos, da eine Gruppe Alkohol gesoffen hat und sehr viel Lärm in den Zimmern und in den allgemeinen Räumen verursacht hat. Hotelangestellten reagierten nicht. Wenn Du Ruhe brauchst meide das Hotel.

很新的酒店，房間有點小但乾淨整潔，位置好，離海邊很近又不吵。浴室裏沒有電吹風，但可以向前台借。比較滿意的住宿體驗。

We had booked 4 bedroom apartment and we were checked to see a dirty toilet & bathroom. The water has been constantly leaking after every shower and toilet seats were so dirty. 1 day pass the check in the staff informing us that we need to pay $60 for kids. It was a 4 bed room and the lady saw us checkin with kids and didn’t say any word. After our extension for a day she want to charge us $60 more. They didn’t even offer a cup or water to make a tea. Very rude and unfriendly.

Great inexpensive stay. The double singles beds are a little close and the bathroom is separated by a barn door. Parking is on the street. But for the price (clean, well lit, safe, light breakfast, coffee all the time, good internet, close to restaurants and very friendly staff), it was great value. The daydesk manager (Jonaton) was excellent and friendly and accommodating. I stayed 3 more days than anticipated.

The floors in the hallways have grates in them letting noise echo throughout the building. There is no soundproofing of any kind so you can hear every word of conversations happening several floors below you and of people in the room next door. The floors of the room were also disgustingly dirty, they clearly had not been cleaned in weeks or months.

It's a brand new place so there are some things missing, like the TV (there's a bracket, but no screen). The front desk is in an awkward spot and I didn't get much of an orientation. The front desk workers didn't speak a lot of English either. Having said all of that, it was quiet and clean and a very comfortable bed and a nice shower!

Everything about the hotel is great, only complaint is with this type of construction, it can be noisy if neighbors above or adjoing rooms are loud. Otherwise, clean, nice location to the warerfront and friendly staff.

Clean and well organized. Close to downtown, dining and the shoreline. Helpful with trekkers heading to Torres del Paine National Park
